whoops!

Anyway, here's the chapter!

I hope you enjoy it!

They killed my mom.

They killed my mom.

They killed my mom.

Those words repeatedly played in my mind, making it impossible to think, talk, move and breathe.

I just stood there frozen to the spot. My mom. My awesome, amazing, kind, sweet mom was no longer here, and she was murdered by the people surrounding me. It was like I was suffocating, looking at every single person here. They all had my mother's blood on their hands.

They all were cold blooded killers.

They all deserved to die.

Blood rushed through my ears as I felt that familiar tug in my gut unleash 100s of galleons of water. Every single ounce filled with rage and pain. These monsters deserved it. They had to feel the pain I felt, the heart breaking, body numbing pain. If my mother can't take another breath, why should they.

As the water crashed over me, I lost all consciousness.

I woke up, feeling exhausted and hungry. I examined my surroundings, looking for anything that might help me (especially food) and noticed that I was in a van with Thalia, Selena, Chiron (in wheelchair form), and Alexa. Most people were asleep besides me, Argus (because he was driving), and Chiron.

Suddenly, I heard a groan beside me, and Thalia sat up rubbing her forehead. "Percy? Did you really have to unleash all that water? I get that you were upset, but you could have at least made a bubble around us, so we didn't almost drown." It took my brain a few seconds to process what she was saying. What did she mean by 'unleashing all that water'? In a crash, it all came back to me. Annabeth getting kidnapped, Estelle getting taken, and my mom being murdered.

A sob escaped my throat at the thought of my mother. My hands clenched into fists as I thought about S.H.E.I.L.D. They killed my mother, the best person in the world, just so no one would see them take my younger sister. And their mission failed because Paul saw the whole thing.

I don't hate too many things, but I definitely hated S.H.E.I.L.D. I hated them with my entire being. First, they kidnapped Annabeth, the love of my life. And then they take Estelle my sister, who means the world to me. And after that, they thought 'Hey! What could I do to make Percy's life even worse? Oh, I know! I'll kill his mother!' This organization didn't care about anything but itself. Soon it would never mess with anyone's life again. I would make sure of that.

"We're almost at camp." Argus said from the front of the van. "Wait a second!" I said "Why are we going to camp?! We have to go save Annabeth and Estelle!" "Umm" Thalia said hesitantly. "Perce, we decided that we should go to camp and get some rest before we attack S.H.I.E.L.D." "WHAT!?!" I exploded. "The whole point of all of this was to go save Annabeth and Estelle!" "Percy, listen to us." Chiron said calmly. He sounded like he was trying to tame a wild animal, which made me even more angry. "S.H.I.E.L.D is a very important government agency, which means they have top of the line security systems, and highly trained guards. Also, you aren't allowed to use any of your powers because if they find out you are not fully human, they will hunt you down till the ends of Tartarus to capture you. The small, reasonable part of my brain knew he was right, but the rest of my brain was overrun with anger and vengeance. "I guess you're right." I lied.

When we arrived at Camp, I immediately ran to the cave in the forest. I saw the familiar twinkle lights and paint splatters along the wall, as I entered Rachel's temporary home. "Rachel! Oh Rachel!" I called out in playful tone. She didn't answer so I started examining the paintings that she had made. One of them was a picture of Terminus fighting some highly armed mortals. Another was of a man with a eye patch leaning back in a desk chair with a smirk on his face. I turned to look at more and my gut twisted. It was Paul holding my mothers lifeless body in his hands. He was shaking her and calling things out, but she didn't answer. "BOO!" someone said from behind me, causing me to pull out Riptide. Rachel started laughing hysterically. "You... should... have seen... your... face..." She said in between laughs. She took a deep breath to calm herself down when she saw my not so amused face. "Hey Percy! What are you doing here?" She said. A trace of a smirk still evident on her face. I stared her straight into the eyes, not a single trace of the old smiling Percy that everyone knew (and loved).

"I need your help tonight to break into a government agency called S.H.I.E.L.D, without Chiron or anyone at camp knowing.

A mischievous smirk appeared on her face. "What are we waiting for."
