Potential part 2:the mask(short)

A/n:just a warning mostly this will be mostly dialogue and it will deal with heavy elements. Thus this will be a shorter chapter than usual.

John had been chasing after Blitz for 3 hours straight trying to get a good hit in ultimately he ends up getting tired and just stops chasing Blitz and now he hyperventilating.

John:you...with...this time Blitz but I swear if I find out your at my place again I will fuck you up.
Blitz was on the ceiling, clinging on for his life

Blitz:Jeez you were persistent. And fine besides it took to much gas from my car.
Blitz falls face down on the ground.
John:ugh how long have I been chasing you anyway?

John looks at his watch and sees it's 7:30.
John:oh fuck. I'm going to be late.
Blitz:late for what?
John:I'm going to this party with Loona but it looks likes she's gone already.
Blitz:A party!? John go there and take care of her for me please I'll give you a raise.
John:a raise? Oh shit I'll make it my mission then.

John quickly goes outside the building and he jumps into his car and in doing so John opened up the dashboard cabinet. With his mask dropping to the floor. As John was about to start his car he sees that his mask was on the floor.

John goes to pick up the mask. And he looks at it.
John:why do I still have this. Why do I hold onto this.

John:"This demon mask, I got it from my dad. He gave me it for my birthday, but he only did that because he didn't want to hear me speak. It muffled my voice a lot. Is that why I kept it"

*flash back*

John was in his apartment room and he was on a desk. In front of him was his mask. He layer his head face down and he held his head.

John:why am I killing...I forgot why I even do it...I keep on believe it's because I want to kill criminals because that bastard was one himself..
But I'm starting to think I'm doing this for another reason...and I'm scared to even think of that.. I don't want to kill innocent people...but I did I killed one person who was just trying to feed their family...

John started banging the desk hard.
John:what in the hell did I do! To deserve this fucking life! What did I do...
John lifted his head and looked down on the mask.
John:I killed a innocent. I killed his family by killing him.

John then starts smoking his cigar and he was tearing up a bit. John then goes on his phone to look on social media and he sees people having a great time with friends and family. Seeing this throughout social media made him throw his phone hard enough to break it to pieces.

John:all I wanted was just to live...I wanted to love...I wanted to enjoy every second I tried. For my whole life I tried so hard..I killed criminals so I can help make this city a better place...but I ended up killing a man...
John:why am I even alive...why do I even live..why wasn't my life taken when I was in my mom..

John:I'm a mistake...my whole life I've been a mistake...I have no one...not one friend, lover or even family... I've accepted it..

John picks up a knife he had on the right and he puts it up to his neck.
John:I will end it...before I hurt more people...I'm sorry...mom and dad... that I have the dna of a criminal in me...and even after everything I love you two...

John stops tearing up and looks at his mask and he puts it on then slits his own throat. And after a few moments he opens his eyes to him falling down all the way to hell.

*end of flashback*

John looks at his mask for a brief moment. And he thinks about everything that has happened in hell. And he throws it out of his car.

John:I have a family and friends now, besides that mask made it hard for me to speak.

John starts driving to the party but as for his mask it gets ran over by Blitz mask who is now going to Ozzie's.
