I had the biggest smile at the lowest point of my life.
The sun helped me see how bright i am
Something not even alive still finds a reason,
To have so much love and light.
So here I am following in its darkened footsteps.
While i'm still the sun's shadow,
I've never been closer.
I love me more than anything.
Seeing there is still so much improvement i need,
I do shadow work, but I will call it brightening.
It gets rid of that dark gunky layer and replaces it with,
The purity underneath.
So here I am following in the darkened footsteps of the sun.
Letting every hug I give, and every smile I make be a reminder.
How i am truly, the brightness i needed at my lowest,
For the people who never cared about me.
How i am the sun on earth for the places it cant reach,
Because i remember how you reached me.
