Jay's POV
As soon as we left, we went to our rooms and packed our bags. Once we finished doing this, it was soon time to leave so we went to say goodbye in the camp. Then we headed for the helicopter.
(Let's skip the trip)
The time of the journey passed very quickly, since we are all wounded, our bodies needed rest.
When we arrive, everyone is reunited with their family except me, but I know I will see them again in a short time. With the families, there is a team of eight armed soldiers, so I will greet them while the others say hello to their families.
"Hello, I'm Lieutenant Halstead, and you are?" I ask
"Hello, I'm Sergeant Diaz." The Sergeant answers me.
"Nice to meet you. As far as protection is concerned, we have to get my whole family as they live here. I'll take the first vehicle and you can follow me." I tell them
"All right, we can go whenever you want as we have to follow you. Especially you, Lieutenant Halstead, have been told your habits to disappear in certain situations." The Sergeant says smiling
"I'm not that bad. Well, I'll say hello to the families, and we can go." I tell them, and I'll go.
When I reach the families, I am welcomed with hugs."Hi everyone. We're going to have to go. Do whatever you want with the vehicles as long as there's at least one of the soldiers with you. And when I say soldiers, I mean these soldiers." I mean pointing at them.
So we get in the cars and leave.
