Hayley and Elizabeth looked up and the iron scrolled script of MIKAELSON COLLEGE as theywalked through the gates of the newly acquired school for supernaturals in New Orleans.
"The Mikaelson's don't muck around do they? When they say they are going to do something it gets done," Elizabeth said, impressed as she looked around and they entered the front doors and were shown into Finn's boardroom a long table set in the middle of the room and Caroline and Damon were already seated. Davina and Kol also seated 'Hi's' were greeted all around and Hayley and Elizabeth took seats. Morgan and Klaus walked in just after them and Klaus took the seat next to Hayley, she smiled at him and Morgan.
"Tell us your proposal first Caroline, Damon," Finn started the meeting.
"We have spoken to our student's parents and Damon and I act as guardians to those children without parents. Those abandoned or orphaned and we want to move the students from Salvatore Magic school to come here at Mikaelson College. All parents are agreeable and will move to New Orleans and many of the witch families already have family here in New Orleans. The students will live with family during term as for those without parents or guardians most if not all are wolves they will board with us. Damon and I have purchased a boarding house here in New Orleans and the kids will live with us and attend day school here." Caroline told them.
"And the library of books and grimoires will transfer here along with the artefacts from the Amory. We think the Mikaelson family would be better caretakers of the objects than us, Alaric is also agreeable," Damon added and Kol's grin widened with approval and excitement.
"Kol is undertaking a specially built vault that the Mikaelson witches will spell here at the school as of today, is that correct Kol?" Finn asked, seeing the excitement on his young Brother's face.
"Indeed and I'll start cataloguing as soon as they are transported, that needs to be done carefully, also Davina and I want to be the ones in Mystic Falls doing the packing and in charge of loading, some objects should not be put together," Kol informed the group.
"Great one less headache for Caroline and I," Damon agreed.
"So we have three more weeks of summer break. Can we do this transfer in that amount of time?" Finn asked Damon and Caroline.
"Yes we bought the boarding house this morning, we can start calling families tonight and let them know," Caroline agreed.
"I think for the first week it would be beneficial if you and Caroline remain at Mikaelson College during the day, just to help your former students with assimilating into the new school and if those parents who are not intending to live in New Orleans but have their children stay with family are here for the first week of transition for their children to help and settle them. That would be beneficial also, New Orleans is a big city." Finn explained.
"With a huge witch population. Freya and I were thinking of introducing the new families of witches to the covens of New Orleans. We would hold a dinner the first week so all parents of attending students can meet and feel comfortable, it would benefit the kids and parents," Davina proposed.
