24 (Mini ep) Betrayal..

Mini ep: Betrayal..

⚠️ Angst ⚠️

3rd POV:

"Farewell, losers!” was the last thing (Y/n) told the ninja. The ship flew away from them, (Y/n)’s mind was sad but on the outside showed no emotion. Tears fell down Lloyd’s face, he didn’t know what hurt worst. That his sister betrayed him or she doesn’t care for him. He thought that she finally changed but he guessed he was wrong..

“GAH! After everything we did for her and still stabbed us in the back!” Jay shouted to no one in particular but himself. “I should have known, once a snake is still a snake!” Cole stated, “I’m not sure if I should be hurt or angry about the words she told me..” Zane said with a melancholy voice. “How about both! I was right that she still had evil in her, even if she did change there is still something deep down. The feeling of Zane is betrayal..” Kai stated angrily.

But Kai knew that it was all an act, so for him he had to pretend to his friends to convince them that he’s not suspicious. (Y/n) did change, that’s what made Kai repeat in his mind to not give in that she didn’t, because why would she tell him the plan. Even if it meant to hurt their feelings..

“But why would (Y/n) just leave us like that..?” Nya asked sadly. She liked the little girl, they would have fun around the ship back then. All the good times that now just turn into a waste of time. “Because she’s evil! Evil cold-hearted child! Just like her father! Did you not see that she literally stood there thinking what opinion to choose! She chose Garmadon over us!” Jay stated angrily.

“I don't believe that she turned evil! She is good in my mind!” Nya snapped back while crossing her arms, “Well you’re believing and witnessing it right in front of you.” Cole said. “No! I refuse!” She said, Kai went to comfort his sister.

Lloyd fell to his knees and punched the ground so hard that it made cracks, “That TRAITOR! You’re no longer my sister! IF YOU CAN HEAR ME! I NEVER WANT TO SEE AGAIN!” he shouted in the air with a venomous tone.

Tears came down even harder, he sobbed. “YOU HEAR ME (Y/N)!? NEVER!” Now in his mind was only one goal, to defeat his father and now his sister..

The others could see the hate and hurt in the little boy on the ground crying and punching the floor. They didn’t know if they should try to calm him down or comfort him. Kai was the first to walk to him, he crouched his level and pulled him in a hug. Lloyd slowly leaned into his touch of comfort.

“I may not be great at comforting but I’m trying.. I don’t want to imagine what’s going on in your head right now but I know it’s not good..” he said, he heard soft quiet cries only coming out from the blonde boy. “I know it hurts but that’s how life is.. It’s cruel…” he added. It didn’t help him stop crying, his heart was in pain.. He lost all his trust from his sister.

Kai sighed, “C’mon Lloyd.. Let’s go get you something to cheer you up. How about ice cream? Do you want some?” he asked the broken heart kid in his arms. He didn’t respond but he did stop crying, only snuffles. “At least say something so we can leave..”

Lloyd looked up at Kai with tear stains and eyes a bit red, “Riot in hell, (Y/n)..” he said. Kai sadly chuckled, “Yeah.. she can riot in hell..” he repeated. This made Lloyd slightly smile, Kai helped him get up from the ground. “How about we take the day off and go some places to cheer you up? How does that sound, kid?” Cole asked, Lloyd nodded but didn’t answer.

So the day ended with Lloyd having fun. It slightly made him forget all about what (Y/n) did earlier. While he was asleep, the ninja, Nya and Wu were outside the room in the hallway talking.

“You’re all telling me that my niece chose to go with Garmadon.” Said Wu. He can’t and can believe that his niece actually went to the side he was afraid of her going to. “It’s sadly true Sensei..” Cole said. The silence was filled with sorrow and a bit of hate from the ninja.

Wu sighed, “I was afraid that might happen.. And my suspicion was correct.. She was slowly showing signs of returning to her original state…” he said, “There’s nothing we can do now.. We just wait and see what fate is going to do..” he added. The ninja walked back inside the room except for Kai, Kai pulled Wu out of the room for a bit, “I won’t give up hope just yet, Sensei..” he whispered.

“Let’s just say I have a plan or rather (Y/n) has a plan but it’s risky..” he added, he smiled and wink then walked back inside with the others. Wu smiled, he also thought wrong.. His niece didn’t turn to the other side. He knows now that it’s all a charade of (Y/n)’s plan and Kai is in it. That means there is hope and his niece is at risk but knows to have faith in her.

“Niece, if you can hear me, I know now what you’re planning. I hope you’re safe and know what you’re doing..”  he said a message to the mind.

“Kai told you, didn’t he..?” she asked nervously, “He didn’t really, I just guess. Be careful, (Y/n).. Your father may be nice to you but will still use you for evil.” 

“Don’t worry, uncle. I promise that I’ll be safe and make sure to not overuse my powers. You told me that if I use too much, it would corrupt me. I won’t let that happen! I promise!”

“Very well..”

“Um.. Uncle.. Before you go. C-Can you tell me how much I hurt them?” she asked nicely. “I’m not sure if you want to hear it..”

“Please..”

“Alright.. Well besides Kai everyone is sad or hates you now..”

“That’s all I need to hear. That meant the plan worked.”

“Well your plan was crucial but it was cruel.. You could’ve at least told everyone that it was a plan..”

“C’mon, Uncle. Now where’s the fun in that..?”  she chuckled. Her uncle sighed but then chuckled, “Well goodbye for now uncle.”

“It’s not a goodbye if you're gone for a while, it’s a bye.”

“Oh.. Well a bye then.”

“Bye..”
