Ep 25: Return of the Overlord

(Y/n)’s POV:

After some time, we found a name for my evil side. We’ve some kind of agreement towards each other.. They said that they try not to harm too much on the guys and they’ll let me take over our shared body but I have to pretend that I’m the evil one once we wake up.

(A/n: I’m imaging this like KO and TKO working :3)

“Okay.. Lennox or Kumori?” I said,

“Kumori.” they replied,

“Okay. Now that out of the way, can we please wake up? I wanna know what’s happening.” I asked. “As long as you let me do some damage for fun and only take over when we need to fight.” they said. I sighed, “Fine..” I took out my hand for them to shake it, they shook it.

“Deal is sealed.” they said.

“Okay, Mori.. Wake us up.” I said, they nodded.

I woke up with a headache, I looked around and realized that I’m being carried somewhere. “What’s going on?” I asked, the stone warriors didn’t answer. Bitches. Also I look down on my hand and it’s no longer gray like the last time I saw it was.. I was back to my normal self.

“I see that you have woken up now, (Y/n).” said the Overlord, “It’s Kumori. I don’t have the same name as them! I’m my own person!” I said with a hate in my voice.

“If you want to pretend to be me, you're gonna have to act mean.” Kumori said in my mind. “Right.” I replied.

“We've retrieved your helmet, and a prisoner, my Dark Lord.” said Kozu, I looked over to see my dad standing. I saw him gasp, “(Y/n)?” he said. “Hello, father.. Do you mind telling these guys to let me go!” I struggled with the arms holding me.

“Now why would I do that? You betrayed me a while ago.. How do I know you won’t do it again?” He questioned with doubt, “Because you care about me.” I stated, I could see his face soften. “Please? I promise won’t leave you again.” I pleaded.

He walked closer to me, “I know you won’t do it again, but I’m gonna make sure it doesn’t happen again.. Hand me the Dark Matter. I believe we've found our first test subject..” he said.

My eyes widened, “What?! Dark matter?!” I tried to release myself, “Please don’t do this!” I shouted, he didn’t do anything and just stared at me, one of the warriors brought a tray of the matter.

I was pulling myself back away from it, “You can resist it, (Y/n).. You’re meant to be like this.. Don’t want that? Don’t you wanna rule over Ninjago with me? By my side?” Dad said with a sympathetic voice. “I-I don’t wanna be by your side! I wanna be by Lloyd’s side!” I said.

“Sometimes in life we don’t get what we all wanted..” he said, he then asked another warrior to push my head down on the tray. “NO! I DON’T WANT- AH!” I got my head pushed down.. I still tried to get far from it but it was too late. The warriors let go of me and my face was on the goop.

I didn’t move for a second until someone grabbed my arm, “Did it work?” My dad asked behind the warrior, the warrior shook his head. “Argh! Curses!” was all he said.

“Um I don’t mean to interrupt but I’m pretty sure that dark matter doesn’t affect me since it’s my power..” I stated with a nervous voice. Dad growled in frustration, “Well then I guess I have no choice but take you as my prisoner.” he said.
