Ep 10: The Green and Gray Ninja

3rd POV: 

The ninja were all training on the deck, except for Kai and (Y/n), (Y/n) was watching since the others were busy doing their lesson. Kai was switching out the Green and Gray ninja suit.

“Earth!”

“Lightning!”

“Ice!”

The Nya turned on the spotlight, “Good training. Your powers are getting stronger. But where's Kai?” she asked, “I’ll go find him.” Said (Y/n) as she ran off into the ship.

“Fire! Unlock Fire! Uh, Fire go! Shoot flames! Oh, come on. Everyone else can do it. So can you. BRING HEAT!” Kai was shouting while doing push ups.

Everyone found him and started laughing. He looked in the mirror and saw them, he was wearing Gray ninja suit. “Very nice. Perhaps if you tried the phrase ‘Fire dork,’  maybe it might work.” Cole teased.

“How long have you all been watching?” Kai asked

“The Gray Ninja suit. That’s awesome!” Jay commented.

“Well, I was looking for some kind of clue from Sensei and then I found this.” Kai admitted.

“But you know only he who is foretold to face Lord Garmadon is destined to be the Green and Gray Ninja, and only he should wear the Green or Gray Ninja outfit. So Sensei would most likely be very—”  Zane says as he gets interrupted by Kai.

“I know, I know. But I thought if I just tried it on, it might help me see my True Potential. It's not fair that you guys have unlocked your cool powers and I still haven't. Besides, Sensei's gone and we don't know when he's coming back-” Kai gets interrupted by the door opening.

“Hello? I’m home.” a familiar voice said.

“Sensei/Uncle Wu!” Everyone shouted and ran towards the deck, except for Kai, he was trying to change back into his red suit.

(Y/n)’s POV:

We were all greeting my uncle a welcome back home, “Ah. It's so good to be home.” he said.

“So glad you’re back.” Zane stated with a smile, “Did you bring us anything?” Cole asked,

“Oh, Sensei, have you missed a lot. Zane's a Nindroid, Nya's the mysterious Samurai, Cole’s a dancer, and (Y/n) went on missions with us even though we told her not but she won’t listen-” Jay says but interrupted by my uncle as my eyes widened.

“Zane is a… what? And (Y/n) did what?” He asked, “JAY! YOU BUTTHEAD! YOU PROMISED!” I shouted, he chuckled nervously, “I don’t wanna get in trouble so might as well tell the truth.” he replied. I gave him a death glare.

“You can scold (Y/n) later. You've been gone a while. We’ll catch you up later. But you should know, all of us except for Kai have discovered our True Potential.” Zane said. I stood next to Cole on his right. I don’t wanna be near Jay right now…
