"Y/n!"

I opened my eyes sleepily, Kenny was awake and looking at me. I looked out the window to see that the sun was barely up.

"What time is it?" I ask.

"I'm gonna go home so your parents don't see me, okay?"

"It's fine Kenny."

"You're just saying that cause you're tired. I'll see you later." With that, he kisses me on the cheek and leaves my room.

I carefully listen for any noise from him, and smile when I realize he has successfully left the house. Then I fall asleep again for a few hours.

When I wake up again, I hear my computer ringing.

It was the boys calling. Well, everyone except Kenny.

"Hey guys." I say sleepily.

"Let's hang out today." Cartman says, ignoring my greeting. I give a blank face.

"You guys can come to my house." Kyle says. "My parents and Ike are going somewhere."

"Okay. I'll go let Kenny know." I say.

"Yeah, good idea y/n." Stan adds. "Pick up some snacks too."

"Fine." I reply. "See you guys soon."

We all hang up.

I get ready to go to Kenny's house. I hadn't been there in a long time, and never alone, so I hoped he wouldn't be uncomfortable with that.

I crossed the railroad tracks and knocked on his door to be met by his mother again.

"Hi Mrs. McCormick, I'm-"

"Y/n." She smiles sweetly. "I remember. Why don't you come in sweetie?" She asked. I loved her voice. She spoke in such a sweet manner, but she always sounded like she was crying. Still, she was really nice to listen to.

I walked in to see the little girl again, who I know now is Kenny's little sister, Karen.

"Say hi to y/n, Karen." Mrs. McCormick said as she went to go get Kenny from his room and let him know I was here.

I sit down beside Karen, who was playing with the same doll she had on the first day I saw her. "Hi y/n!" She says excitedly.

"Hi Karen! I like your doll." I told her.

Mrs. McCormick comes out of the room. "Kenny will be out in just a second." She says.

"Thank you." I reply, and Karen continues talking with me.

She looked at me with glistening eyes. "My brother got it for me as a surprise."

"Kenny?" I ask, knowing that she had another brother besides him.

She nods, playing with the doll's hair. Then, she hands the doll to me. "Do you know how to braid?"

"Yeah I do!" I reply.

"Can you braid my doll's hair?"

"Don't you want me to try and braid your hair?"

This question seemed like a shock to her, because she nearly jumped for joy. "You can?"

"Of course I can! Take a seat."

She sits in front of me so that her back was facing me, and I begin to braid her hair. I was quick with doing it, because I had been braiding my own hair all my life. I quickly finish Karen's hair by tying my blue hair tie at the end of it.

Then, I see Kenny walk out of his room. Karen immediately springs up and runs into Kenny's arms.

"Kenny! Look what y/n did for me!" She says, twirling around for Kenny to see.

He picks her up mid-twirl. "Karen it's beautiful!"

I watch him as he talks to Karen about her braid. I had never seen him like this. I could tell just by the way he held her that he loved his sister more than anything in the world. I was still sitting on the floor as they talked, and Kenny then put down Karen and came over to me, reaching out his hand to pull me up.

"You ready to go?" He asks, seemingly already knowing we were simply going to meet the boys.

I smile. "Yeah.

As we turn to leave, Karen runs up to me and hugs me. "Thank you for the braid y/n." She says.

"It's not a problem at all." I say. "Bye Mrs. McCormick, bye Karen."

"Bye guys!" Kenny calls just after me.

As we walk to the store for some snacks, Kenny puts his around around me. I let him, just because no one is here and I was feeling happy.

"She really likes you." He says.

I smile at the thought of Kenny's little sister and I becoming good friends. "I'm glad." I respond.

The rest of our walk is silent, and I wondered if something was on Kenny's mind. I would soon know that there was.

We walk into the store, and I get a few chips and stuff that I know everyone will like. The store run is quick, and as we go towards Kyle's house, Kenny stops me for a second.

"Y/n. Let's not play around anymore." He says.

"What are you talking about?"

He grabbed my two hands with a firm hold, gazing into my eyes. "I want to be with you."

"Kenny..." My voice trailed off. Although I wanted to deflect it, I felt my heart beating with each of his words. I wanted nothing more than to accept his wishes.

"I like you." He said. "I've never felt like this before. Don't hide from me y/n."

I looked away for a second, I had known that he knew I was hiding. The truth is I was scared. I decided that maybe it was time he knew.

"I'm scared Kenny. I've heard things about you. You're a player. I want to be with you too, but how can I be sure that this is real?"

He looked at me with pure sadness. His eyes deepened and he didn't respond for a second.

"I don't care about any girl except for you. If we had met when we were kids, I would've never been a player because I'd have known it then. People would have known me as 'the guy who stuck to one girl all his life'. I would be happy being known that way."

I smiled for a second.

"I like you too Kenny."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I do."

"So.. do you wa-" He begins, but I stop him with a kiss.

"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend."
