Chapter 22 : Bullshit.

Camilla

Gabs was picking our dresses for the party. Meanwhile i was deep in her bed crying my eyes out, while watching legally blonde.

"Ok girl, you've been crying for 2 hours. There's no tears left inside you."

"Yes there is." i started crying again

"Geez, he fucked you up" she sighed.

"Forget about him. Go get dressed now please??"

I knew i had to go to this party. Since it's dedicated to every figure skating team entering the competition. I didn't have a choice.
I forced myself to get up and took the dress Gabs picked for me.

"Cute." The dress cheered me up. A little bit.

"Yay your smiling" Gab said jumping up and down with a straightener

"You're gonna burn yourself."

"Right, lemme straighten my hair then we can go."

I finished off my makeup as Gabi finished straightening her hair.

"Great let's go"
She said grabbing her bag. Then we went.
There's too many emotions in my head. I cant even explain how i feel.

We arrived at Noah's house. We could hear music pounding from outside. I knew i was gonna leave with a headache.

"Let's go." Gabi squealed whilst taking my hand.

As soon as we got in Noah came to Gabi.

"Hey Noah" i said smiling at him.

"Hey. Sorry to hear about you and Carlos"

Gabi hit him on the shoulder, signalling not to mention it.

"Gabi you can go it's fine" i could see how desperate she was.

"You sure??"

"Yep."

And there i was. Standing in the middle of the hallway like a fucking loser. My first instinct was to get a drink. Which i did. I saw Lucas there looking drunk as fuck.

"Ayyy Camii." he said smelling of alcohol.

"You know, my man is heartbroken" he said putting his hand over my shoulder.

"He's barely living"

"His fault for breaking up with me" i said shrugging him off as i grabbed a cup. I'm not in the mood with Carlos' bullshit.
I was walking around the party. Spotting Gabi a few times giggling with Noah. They better last longer than me and Carlos. I tried looking for a quiet place to sit at. As i was walking to another room i spotted two people. About to kiss. Who was it? Carlos and Alexa. The shittiest duo.

"What the fuck" i said standing there frozen.

He was saying something to Alexa then I interrupted . His eyes were full of pain. He wasn't sleeping at all. I started tearing up.

"What the fuck" i said standing there frozen.

"Typical fuckboy Carlos" i said shaking my head then leaving the party. He's exactly like Tyler. Maybe even worse. We literally broke up yesterday.
I called Gabi and asked her if we could leave. Luckily she said yes. She was running towards to the car, seeing me crying. Eyeliner and mascara running down my face.

"Aww Camilla." she said hugging.
I just wanted to go home. Not my home. The home with the broken family. Abusive Dad, distant Mum. I haven't seen my mum for 1 fucking week. I'm so mad at her. Liam doesn't acknowledge me anymore. He's too busy with Hockey and Daisy, to realise anything about me. I miss when we would go out and talk about life. But i guess we're 'grown up'. I'm not going to my home. I'm going to Gabi's. Her family is pure. Her mother is supportive, and her dad is the dad everyone dreams to have. Gabi treats me like her sister. Her parents treat me like their daughter. I'm grateful for them. Not for my bullshit family.

Sunday
Me and Gabi slept in. I was too tired from crying all night in her lap. She decided to stay with me. But eventually i woke up.

"Morningggg." Gabi said getting out of the bathroom.

"Morning." i said groggily.

"I'm gonna take a shower Gab" i said sighing

"Ok i'll put clothes out. Then practice?"

"Yep practice"
The only good thing in my life right now is figure skating. Everyday i've been practicing.
It distracts me.

After my shower i wore the clothes Gabs gave to me.

We ate breakfast. Gabi's mum is a chef. So every morning she makes amazing breakfast. And her Dad is a architect. Most of the time he's in his office. But he still makes time for his family.

"Ok let's go."

I nodded. Then we were off to practice.
