Funny thing: when I write my fanfics, there's always a theme of a song or something. This fanfic is called 'Moonlight', and in chapter 8, the poem that Kevin wrote is where the title comes from.
I basically changed up the lyrics of "you are my sunshine".
It summarises the entire story.
Although, that little rewritten song wasn't the only song that helped me write this story. Here are some other songs that somewhat fitted into the storyline, and motivated me:
