I woke up and saw Hazel getting dress. "Please look away!" she told me. I looked away. "Sorry, Hazel." I said. Hazel got done and sat next to me. "You feeling better?" I asked her, squeezing her hand. Hazel nodded. "Do you feel better, Alexander?" Hazel asked, smiling. "Yes, I do. Now should we go get breakfast?" Hazel asked, getting up. "Most definitely. I am hungry." We walked with the others to the breakfast area. We all sat down at a table.

We got there and saw Amin and Seema sitting at a table. I saw Seema glaring at us. She then pointed to Hazel and said something to Amin. Then it looked like a boy about thirteen came with a little girl in his hands. Seema smiled when she saw him.

"Kiaan! Shyla!" Seema said, hugging them. "Hello, Mother. Can we eat with you?" the boy and probably the little girl's brother, Kiaan asked. Seema shook her head. "No, remember you have to go back to cleaning our room. Shyla will stay with us, you go." I saw Kiaan looked annoyed but he went back to their room.

I looked at Hazel and she was watching them. "Watson, something's wrong." Daisy told her. "You don't say!" Hazel whispered sarcastically. "I think we should interview some people." I told her. They all nodded. "After breakfast please? The baby does need food!" Hazel whined. "I guess we could." Daisy said, taking a bit of food.

We got done and we told the owner about the murder and how we were gonna interview the people. We called people into our room.

First we had Seema.

"Hello, Seema, please tell me about the night of the murder,"

Seema looked uncomfortable when I told her to tell me. "Well, I was sleeping in my hotel with Amin. That's it," Seema told me. "Did you hear a gun shot sound?" I asked, looking at my notes. "N-no, I didn't." she stammered. "Is it only you that didn't hear or did no one else hear?" I asked. She looked nervous. "Um, no, no one else heard it. Can I go now?" Seema asked. I nodded. "Now, call in Amin!" I told Hazel. She called him in.

"Hello, Amin. Tell me about the night of the murder for you,"

"Well, I was sleeping with Seema. The kids were asleep. We didn't wake up at all." Amin told me. He was shifting nervously. I saw Hazel's detective senses coming in as she watched him. "Did you hear any gun shots?" I asked him, looking up from my notes. "No, we didn't." Amin said. "OK, you can leave now. Hazel, bring Kiaan in." I told her.

Kiaan came in. "Hello, you need me to tell you stuff?" I nodded. "Yes, I do."

"Well, I was sleeping when I woke up because Shyla woke up. Mother never does anything, it's always me who has to do the stuff with Shyla. But I didn't hear any gun shots." Kiaan told me. I saw Hazel was questioning this in her head. "OK, thank you. You can leave." I told him. We called some others in and they all said they heard gun shots.

"Hazel, I think that family is hiding something." I told Hazel as she came over to me. "I agree. Let's go tell the others." We went and told the others.

But stuff didn't happen til we went to bed.

Part three:

We think we might know who did it

Chapter 1

I woke up to hear Hazel groaning in her sleep. I sat up and looked at the our alarm clock, it was 4:50am. I heard Hazel groaning as she rolled over. "Ahhhhhhhhh!" Hazel said, shooting up. I wrapped my arms around her, squeezing her close to my chest. "Hmmm, that feels better," Hazel told me, squeezing me. "Now just lay down," I told her, making her lay down. Hazel covered herself up with the blanket. I laid down next to her, rolling over to her.

Hazel had her back towards me. I draped my arm on her side, holding her close to me. Hazel smiled to herself. Hazel turned around and kissed me on the lips. I blushed bright red. Hazel turned back around and stared at the wall.

"Alex, why do this dreams have to happen?" Hazel asked, sighing. "You think I know?" I said, holding her closer. "I don't like them, I hate them." she told me. "Yeah, I can guess," I commented. "I think these dreams are like the ones from when I was a child." Hazel told me. I nodded, squeezing her close to me. "I guess they only came back when something important happens in my life." she said. She tensioned up at that. But when I hugged her, she softened up. I kissed her. "Feel better?" I asked. Hazel nodded. "Good, now sleep, please." Hazel fell asleep. I fell asleep with my arm draped over her side.

When we woke in the night, it was right before dawn. We woke up to hear Daisy banging on the door. Hazel got up, muttering, "People these days."

Hazel opened the door, frowning. "What do you want, Daisy? I'm (swears) tired." she told her. "I heard people taking in their rooms, and then when I checked, I saw Amin and Seema walking out the hallway. I think we should go investigate it." Daisy told us. Hazel looked behind her shoulder to look at me. Then she looked back at Daisy. "OK, let us get ready, then we'll come." Hazel shut the door.

Hazel got dressed, and I did too. We went to Daisy and I saw George and Lavinia walking with us to Amin and Seema's room. We got there and I saw Kiaan sitting up on his bed, rocking Shyla in his arms. "Hazel, guys, Kiaan is awake!" I whispered. Kiaan looked up at us. "What are you doing here?" he asked. "Um, well-"

"Investigate. We have to." Hazel piped up. Kiaan looked nervous. "Oh, um. Well- oh, you know what? Screw it! Investigate all you want. I don't care. Say, actually, could I please be a part of the investigation? I don't care if anyone I love other than Shyla get hurt." Kiaan told us. We looked at each other, a bit unsure. "Sure, beside, you could help us." Hazel finally said. Kiaan put Shyla done of the bed after she'd fallen asleep. "Well, we might as well start investigating."
