"No, It's Y/n. She looked through one of my files and went to investigate. When I called her the 1st time it went to voicemail instantly, the 2nd time it rang for a little bit," I said really fast.

"Who's Y/n" McGeek asked.

"My daughter," I said while rubbing the back of my neck.

"DAUGHTER!!!" Mcgeek, Caitlin, and Gibbs said at the same time.

Present time, Tony's POV

"Since when do you have a daughter," Caitlin asked.

"Since about 15 years ago," I said.

"Why didn't you tell us," she asked.

"Well I knew," Abby said with a look of guilt on her face.

"1st off, how did you know, 2nd off why did you know, and 3rd of WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US!!!," McGee said to Abby.

"For 1 & 2, Tony was giving me some evidence and I went over to his house without his permission and someone had to watch her when Tony had to go out of town, and for your 3rd question it wasn't my secret to tell." Abby said.

"I'm just surprised no one else found out. I'm also guessing Laura (Your mom's name, sorry if it's your name) Is/was her mom. Meaning you broke rule #12 (never date a coworker) Am I correct," Gibbs said.

"Yes, but can we stay on topic please. I need to find my daughter," I said.

"Right. Do you have any idea where she would have gone," Abby asked.

"No," I said.

"You said you called her, right? Can't Abby just track down the call," Caitlin asked.

"It'd be too hard without her ever answering. Sorry," Abby said in a sympathetic tone.

"Wait. You said she was looking through a case file. Did she leave any notes," McGee asked.

"No....Wait, Yes! She left sticky notes on the case file," I replied.

"Well what are we waiting for. Lets go to Dinozzo's place. Also you broke rule #10 or well your daughter did," Gibbs said.

"Never get involved personally on a case." We all replied to Gibbs.

"Just follow me," I said as we all left.

At the house

"She didn't even try to clean up this mess," Caitlin said.

"That's not her's," I said as Caitlin looked at me in disbelief.

"Lets see. She left a lot of notes. For a 15 year old she's pretty smart," Gibbs said.

"No kidding, I mean she solved a case we closed because we couldn't solve it," McGee said.

"What do you mean she solved it McGee," I said.

"Hey, You said my real name." 

I glared at him.

"Right. Well she didn't fully solve it, but she figured out that they all were at least within a mile radios of one of the old warehouses." he replied.

"And you didn't think that might be where she went," Gibbs questioned.

"It's fine. Abby will wait here while the rest of us go to the warehouse," Caitlin said.

"Let's go," I said.

Y/n's POV

I woke up with my hands tied behind a chair. I could feel dry blood on the side of my head, and could tell I had a black eye and a busted lip. Just then I heard the door open and a figure walked in, same person as before.

"Sleeping beauty is finally awake," they said.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"The real question is who are you, which I figured out. Y/n Sage Dinozzo, Right? The other question, is why are you here?"

"I don't have to tell you anything. Now who are you" I asked again.

"If I tell you will you tell me everything,"

"Maybe"

"My name is Laura, Laura Smith. Well that's my maiden name, since I've been gone for 15 years. I don't know, I never signed a divorce."

'Wait. Laura Smith, has been gone for 15 years, and never divorce. There's no way' I thought.

"I know who you are," I said.

"Really?! Who am I then?"

"Laura Samantha Smith-Dinozzo
