A/n: So Amy doesn't exist in this universe, GOT IT!!! Okay good. So do you remember when Jake screwed over Dr. Rossi in season 1 episode 4, M.E Time. Yeah well he kind of got her TiVo (yes that is a friends reference in a Brooklyn 99 fanfic.) In other words he got her pregnant. She didn't want anything to do with the kid and made sure her name wasn't on her birth certificate or had any connection to her after Y/n Lucy Andrea Peralta was born. Jake tried to convince Rossi to just split custody, so Y/n didn't have to grow up without a parent like he had to. But she declined, more like told him to "f*ck off", but that's practically the same thing. Y/n has Jake's brown hair and brown eyes. Also, yes he named her after Lucy Gennaro McClane from Die Hard.

Y/n's POV
"Y/N WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Dad yelled right before he jumped on top of me.
"Get off of me." I groaned as I tried to push him off of me, but failing, so I hit him with one of y pillows.
"Oww, you have to get up." he said.
"Why," I complained.
"Because you have to go to work with me."
"I have school."
"No you don't, you got expelled remember."
"Oh yeah. That fist fight was not my fault."
"But you still took part in it."
"It's stupid, they girl who started it didn't even get suspended."
"She also threatened to press charges if you weren't expelled."
"That's even more stupid."
"Just get up and get ready." he said ruffling my hair then leaving.
I got up and got dressed in jeans, a shirt that said "My brain is 80% song lyrics", a zip up hoodie, and tennis shoes. I put my phone in my back pocket and some things in a backpack so I didn't get bored. I then went downstairs.
"What has the chef made for breakfast today?" I asked walking into the kitchen.
"Cap'n Crunch, with milk on the side to add in." Dad replied sliding a bowl and spoon to me.
