A/n: I tried my best, but it's hard to write an autistic character, but if you've seen the show then you can imagine Shaun's voice. Also, I love Shaun he's so sweet, so I had to do a scenario for him. Also, as always this does not follow the story line. And just for the record, I had to look up all these medical terms and I'm not sure if this can really happen, but just go along with it.
A/n: What if in season 4 Lea didn't have a miscarriage, but she did die after child birth. The child was perfectly fine other than that she had dyslexia and dysgraphia not dyslexic dysgraphia, they were separate. However, Y/n Lea Murphy just like her father is really smart and she loves her dad. Despite Shaun's disability, he's a great father and is always there for Y/n. And yes, her middle name is after her mother.
A/n: Dysgraphia is a neurological condition in which someone has difficulty turning their thoughts into written language for their age and ability to think. Dyslexia is a learning disorder that involves difficulty reading due to problems identifying speech sounds and learning how they relate to letters and words.

Y/n's POV
"Hey dad." I said as I walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning Y/n."
"Hey, I'm late for school. I'll come by the hospital later and say hi, okay." I said hugging him.
"I would like that." he replied, slightly hugging me back.
"Okay, see you later." I said before leaving.
Now it was time for me to go to schell. In case you're wondering it's school and h*ll mixed together. Yeah, I don't get along with kids at school that well. If you've seen Cruella then you can multiply her school life by 8 and that will equal mine. It's not my fault I can't read or write properly, yet still have all A's.
4th period
As I walked into 4th period, I groaned as I saw a substitute. Great just what I needed. I took my seat in the back of the class and waited for class to start. After a few minutes the sub called on me.
"Ms. Murphy, would you please read the next paragraph please?" The sub asked.
"Oh, ugh."
"She can't read Mrs. Clonder." Cora said, "She's like dumb or something."
"That's absurd. Come on move up closer and read it, now." Mrs. Clonder said.
"Yeah, Y/n read us a story." Lily one of Cora's friends said.
I sighed and walked to the front of the classroom.
"Umm, In the grass, I mean garden, ugh, umm."
"Maybe you should try actually reading." Cora said as everyone laughed.
