Day after the party
Laelyn POV:
I was currently in my room, sitting on my bed while writing in my diary about the kiss me and Aonung shared last night. As I was writing It was like I his hands were still roaming my body and his lips were still lingering on mine.
As I continued to write I heard a knock on my door, "Come in!" I yelled out
They opened the door and I saw Kiri walking in, "Hey sister" I told her and then closed my book and put it under my pillow.
"What were you writing about?" She asked while looking at me with a slight smirk
"Oh, nothing..." I looked off to the side of my room trying to avoid Kiri's gaze
"It's definitely something, you only write in your diary when something important has happened so spill it" She said while sitting on my bed
"Ok ok I'll tell you, go close the door first"
"It must be something steamy" Kiri began to tease. She got up and closed the door and then sat across from me on my bed waiting for me to tell her what happened
"Me and Aonung kissed last night"
"KISSED!?!!" She yelled out
"Yessss kissed. It was so great, I felt like I was on cloud nine" I began smiling just thinking about it
"When did all this happen? I don't remember you leaving"
"We left a little bit after Lo'ak gave us those drinks, you probably don't remember because you were all over Rotxo" I cooed, obviously teasing her
"I'm glad you brought him up because I need your advice on something" Kiri told me while looking down
When I realized her whole demeanor change from playful to serious I sat up straight and put on a concerned facial expression,
"What's going on?"
"I was talking to Rotxo after the party last night and he told me that wants us to take our relationship to the next level" she said in a quiet tone
"What did you tell him?"
"That I needed to think about it because we always kiss and touch each other but it's never gotten more serious than that and I think I want more."
I just grabbed her hand and began to give her the best advice I could "If you feel like you're truly ready just talk to him, don't do it until you are fully prepared because you don't want to regret not waiting. And don't feel pressured to do anything just because y'all are in a relationship, you should do whatever makes you feel comfortable."
"Okay I'll talk to him later today, thank you sister you give the best advice" she told me while giving me a hug
"Your welcome Kiri, that's what I'm here for" I told her with a smile

Laelyn was outside playing in the sand with Tuk. They were making sand castles and putting shells on them to decorate them. As they continued playing and having fun, someone started walking up towards them.
