I was seated in the car's passenger seat in silence, staring right in front of the road as Preston drove off from the venue. The atmosphere between us was definitely tense. I know we're both wrong but I had an alter ego that I don't want to start talking first and it creates a bigger chaos.

Everything was going well until after the party started. Preston brought me along as a plus one to this event where other youtubers just spends the night together to celebrate all of there achievements like hitting 10 million subscribers and stuff. I felt out of place of course I'm not as popular like them since Preston's my husband they consider me as a celebrity also as I do have my own channel. Every one in the room was practically drooling over Preston,  especially he's the guy that had been shipped with others not so long ago.

I watched as  a girl named Jane walked towards us and completely neglected me. That surprisingly Preston didn't notice, hence it took some time for me to introduce myself. She showed of a very obvious fake smile and continued talking to Preston as I stood there awkwardly. I was dragged by Keeley and Scott who were very close to me as they were my sister and brother in law so basically the saved me from getting  the awkwardness.

"She's been eyeing Preston ever since you both entered the room" Scott  chuckled as he chugged his drink.

"Does she not know that Preston is your's and your's only?" Keeley asked.

" How can that be? Everyone knows that they're together. I mean she just trying her luck to win Preston again but I know Preston wouldn't just fall for it. Scott said.

I just stayed in silence as i watched the two of them talking wit one another. I can tell that Preston wasn't into the conversation but sometimes he would chuckle and laugh or whatever she said and she would try to lean herself onto him whenever she get an opportunity and that... Makes my blood boil.

Soon Preston excused himself, Like Finally and he made his way over to me.

"Did you have fun?" I asked even though im practically screaming inside blowing over my jealousy cover off.

It was okay..

It looks more than okay, she was literally throwing herself to you And you let her..

What? Isn't it true? I mean just go get together with her again you might aswell bring back your old relationship, i mean whenever you broken up with Jane everyone weren't expecting it, even your mom, so it wouldn't be a big deal I'd you get back with her I mean..

It was true, the first time he introduced me to his family his mom thought that will not end up that long and probably he'll get back to his ex. I mean everyone did, the whole industry did because both of them is the biggest youtuber back then they have many similarities.

We're leaving. He said dragging me to his car,

He sure don't want to start a chaos in this party he knew that if he reply to whatever I said by the moment, things will blow out of its portion.

"Babe" Preston sighed resting his palms on my thighs

I removed his hand crossed my arms and still facing the other way.

"You're still mad at me?" He suddenly asked.

Bri, you know she means nothing to me. I don't care if the public thought we'll end up together again. I'm with you now no one can take me away from you now that im with you. I want you to be mine forever
You are the one who I want to with, not some other girl who i already left in the past

"Babe please talk to me" He said resting his hands on my thighs again, but this time I didn't push his hands away.

I honestly felt really bad for treating him that way.

You know I wouldn't have chosen anyone else but you.

"You know it's just that everyone thinks both of you look good together, Like everywhere I go, people will say how you ended up with me. I mean im not in that kind of field, im not that popular, she's way too successful than me working in the same field as you. You fit with her.

Preston sighed and pulled over the side which was near the park.

Let's go out he said turning off the engine and head out the car.

He came close to me and cupped my cheeks.

"Tell me everything that's bothering you whilst her doing this walk,  I want to know everything that is making you feel this way. He said kissing my forehead then leading me the path of the walk, with my hands intertwined with me.

-it's just alot.. I really do get where they're coming from and I cannot help but think you might feel the same way too when you here about it
I don't know, this sound crazy.

I have been ranting to him about how I felt while he listened. We're both currently right in front of the Brazos River when I finished my complaints. He stopped in his tracks and turned to face me.
