3rd Person POV
Hye Jin walked into the restaurant and found Detective Baek and Junho, her partner sitting at a table. Detective Baek Shi Woo was eating while Junho was on his phone but he looked up as he heard the door open.
"Hey." Detective Baek Shi Woo waved his hand as he saw Hye Jin enter.
"Hey, so whose skull was that? Has it been identified?" Hye Jin asked even though she knows the whole plot by heart.
Shi Woo sighed as he placed his chopsticks and looked at her. "Hey, let me eat first. This is my first meal for today."
Junho rolled his eyes at Shi Woo and spoke turning off his phone. "We found out who the skull belongs to but the Marine police took the case."
"What about the cause of death?" Hye Jin asked Junho.
"Not yet confirmed but the victim was identified." Detective Baek intervened.
After talking with them, Hye Jin called Ji Ah and informed her about the case.

On the other side, at the island where the skull was found, a police tape was surrounding the area, saying do not cross. The locals tried to peek at the skill that was found at the sea but failed. A woman was being restrained by a policeman as she was trying to go near. She was crying hysterically, wanting to look at the skull that belonged to her father. She ran behind the van which took away the skull and fell on her knees devastated, chanting dad on and on.
Suddenly a hand was outstretched towards her, with a handkerchief, she looked up and saw the hand belonged to a man. It was Lee Rang, he smiled softly at her and gestured for her to take the handkerchief, which she took and thanked quickly.

Lee Yeon was sitting on his couch, reading a book but instead of reading it, his mind was on the conversation he had with his half-brother, Lee Rang. Yeon slammed the book and got up, walking into the kitchen and towards the fridge. He opened it to reveal the Bulgasari, a creature that eats nightmares.
"Are you still thinking?" Yeon asked the Bulgasari.
The Bulgasari was shivering, due to the cold air in the fridge or the fear, that was not clear. "Please don't kill me."
"Hey, I told you I won't kill you. Now tell me where Lee Rang is." Yeon said to the Bulgasari, having enough of the chit-chat.
"I don't know." he replied making Yeon sigh.
"Ugh, you're so damn inflexible. How will you live in the 21st century like that?" Yeon said raising his voice a little at the end, being done with the conversation.
"Whatever, I die one way or the other, it's still the same." the bulgasari said with sadness.
"Did Lee Rang say that?" Yeonasked stepping towards him. "I'm a better fighter than he is." he said and took out the creature's phone from his pocket and moved his hand towards the creature in the fridge to call Lee Rang.
But the Bulgasari hesitated to take it so Yeon moved the phone away and said, "Let me know when you change your mind."
He went on to close the fridge's door but got blocked by the Bulgasari's foot. "Wait! Wait!" he shouted which made Yeon open the door. "I will. I will call him okay?

Hye Jin was at Ji Ah's house, waiting for her to finish packing her bag and end the call. They both are going to the town to investigate the case.
By the time the sun had rose, Hye Jin, Ji Ah and Yeon (surprise) were on their way to the island by boat.
"Who are we looking for again? A human. Or a fox." Ji Ah asked Yeon.
"Let's do this individually." Yeon answered looking towards her.
"Tell me. Because of my job, I'm really good at finding people." she said, kind of boasting about her skills.
"I totally refuse." Yeon said waving his hand.
"Then why are you here on this island? What happened to finding missing family."
Hye Jin tuned out their conversation as she already knows how it goes and also the fact that shit was about to go down, she was panicking a little inside.
Although she would have been fangirling over Lee Tae Ri, the actor but now the things are different he isn't some harmless actor but a real villain and her as a side character (that's what Hye Jin thinks she is) she won't have any plot armour and could die. And that made her think if she died in this world, would she die in her world?

Guess who's back? It's me if you couldn't guess lol. I wasn't going to come back till April but axteroved wanted an update so here it is!
I'll try to upload another chapter tomorrow and let me warn you there will be slow updates till this month as I still have two more exams to write.
