3rd Person POV
"Ah, my hands are doing the perfect massage today." Hyunuiong told his wife as he massaged her shoulders.
The door suddenly opened and it caused Hyunuiong and Taluipa to look up. Their expressions reflected the contentment they felt (but of course Taluipa hid hers) when they saw the face of the person they had been missing for months.
"Choi Hye Jin!" Hyunuiong called her out.
"Grandpa, Granny." she beamed as she walked up to them. "I missed you."
"Don't be pathetic. How tacky." Taluipa said looking away from her.
"You said the exact thing to Yeon even if you really missed him." Hye Jin taunted.
"I'm sure she made at least two hundred calls for you to be back." Hyunuiong said making Taluipa embarrassed and annoyed that she was getting exposed. "Her brother blocked her number too.
"Aww, you really did miss me. I'm glad I wasn't delusion to think that." Hye Jin said as she attacked Taluipa in a hug.
"I still can't believe you're back!" Hyunuiong exclaimed as if it wasn't obvious.
"I'm back." Hye Jin said smiling. "And I'm staying."
"Of course you are! No one will let you go. Not even your Granny." he said gesturing to his wife.
"Shut up." Taluipa grumbled.
"I don't know about everyone else." Hye Jin said as her smile faded and was replaced with a frown. "When they don't even know who I am."
"It's the same all over again." she said taking a deep breath. "They don't know me and I'm just a stranger."
Hyunuiong gave her a reassuring smile. "It will be hard kid but you shouldn't lose hope. As they did about you coming back."
"You're right, I won't. If they don't have memories of me then I'll create new ones with them." she smiled bitterly.
"Or I could make a deal with that Lord—but he's too stingy and unfair so I don't know about that."
Taluipa was about to speak but got interrupted by the door opening and loud footsteps. Hye Jin turned around and saw Yeon walking in with a smile. When his eyes fell on her he gave a confused look which broke her a little.
"Old hag, Hyunuiong." He greeted. "And you are?" he asked the unknown girl.
She smiled with her trembling lips, "Choi Hye Jin."
"Cool." he said then looked towards Taluipa. "Why's a human in here? I thought you had a strict rule?"
This reminds me of the first interaction/meeting I had with Yeon. And now it's repeating once again.
"She isn't a human. She's exactly like you." Taluipa said.
Well, some things did change from before.
"I don't sense anything." he said shrugging.
"It's because I have the ability to hide my scent." Hye Jin said making Yeon surprised.
He looked at Taluipa for confirmation, and when she nodded her head he looked back at Hye Jin.
"How can you do that? Only a few can do that-"
"Guess I'm one of them." she said with a proud smirk.
Yeon gaped at her and then smirked. "I like you."
"Good because she's working with you." Taluipa said.
"I don't like her that much." Yeon took his words back.
"Yah! I can't repeat the same thing again in the same year. Gosh, you both drive me crazy." Taluipa yelled annoyed.
"What do you mean that you can't repeat the same thing?" Yeon asked.
"Hye Jin he's your responsibly how, I won't deal with this." Taluipa grumbled and walked back to her desk to do some work.
"What-" Yeon looked at Hyunuiong for some clarification but he too turned away and left to do his work. "What's wrong with those two?" he said to himself.
"Nothing is wrong with them, it's just you." Hye Jin said then turned around to leave the office.
"Hey! Wait up!" Yeon yelled running after her oblivious to how Hye Jin was grinning.
