He was drinking from someone when he was caught by Anne Bonny and Mary Reed. They promised to keep his secret and bring him along on their adventures.
They were all together romantically.
Mary is killed. Kol turns Anne. They split unable to be together without Mary.
Anne was a spoiled little girl but became a strong and capable leader after being a pirate. now as a vampire all her best qualities are even more enhanced
she travels the world helping those in need. turning only those who have earned the right in her eyes. she's kind, but not a pushover
