Anna and OC met while she was in the orphanage.
Oc was homeless and did jobs around town for food or money (delivery, messenger,etc.)
Anna was always the wild one with gypsy magic running through her veins. Before they were taken Anna got along with Tommy the best. She would follow behind him wherever he went.
OC is quiet, small, and often mistaken for a girl. He can fight quite well with knives but prefers not to. He is a get-in-and-out-without-being-seen kind of person.
