Hello readers, I'm back again. I have been busy as hell my shop table project I've been working on for about two months now. It was going to a show and to my surprise, I got first place in my division. But I'm pretty sure y'all didn't need to hear that lol. Anyway, here's another chapter, with another surprise towards the end. Enjoy!January 2nd, 2023 21BBY
Outskirts of Coruscant
Normal POV
A Venator cruiser had just landed in the outskirts of the city, carrying a very dangerous cargo. After the events on Malastare involving the Zillo Beast, Chancellor Palpatine had ordered the transport of said beast to Coruscant to be studied in order to possibly make some new clone armor for the republic, that of which can block even lightsaber strikes.
As the beast was being loaded into a more secure structure, an LAAT gunship flew down carrying Anakin Skywalker and Mace Windu to meet with the chancellor who was accompanied by two senate commandos. The two Jedi then walked up to the Chancellor.
"Your excellency," Anakin greeted with the chancellor bowing in respect.
"Such size, such power," the chancellor said in admiration of the beast.
"With respect, Chancellor," Windu started, "I believe this creature could pose any number of dangers. Bringing it here to Coruscant is a mistake."
"I assure you," Palpatine said, "I did not make this decision lightly master jedi. The sooner we unlock this beast's secrets, the sooner we can end this terrible war."
"I hope your right chancellor," Windu said grimly as the zillo beast was being loaded into a containment building.
-Scene Cut-
Jedi Temple
Thomas POV
In the past 2 days, me and Ashla have been designing a new ship, the WarFortress. It is based on the combination of a B-17 Flying Fortress and an A-10 Warthog. The plan is to utilize the fuselage of the B-17 along with its turret placements and use the wing setup, empennage placement, and engine placement of the A-10. Size wise, it may not be ideal, but for the crew size, it will be.
"Hey Ashla," I say to my A.I, "For the structural frame, we can utilize the Ti-Tunstanium alloy I've been using for my current armor."
"That would put the forge on overtime though boss," Ashla informed me, "I'm not sure if it can handle it."
"Then we should reinforce the internals of the machine beforehand," I reply, "I can use beskar to make the parts for it."
"That could work," Ashla said, "But we should still be cautious. I recommend informing the Jedi of this project so we can get the proper hangar we need to build the ship."
"I can tell Obi-Wan of our plan," I say, "Include Anakin into this project as well, he be down to build this thing knowing him." I add the last part with a laugh.
"Oh I know, from your memories, he seems like the type to do something like that," Ashla said.
Cue the record screech in my head making me freeze. Did she say, memories?
"Ashla?" I ask.
"Yes boss?" she answered.
"Did you just say, 'From your memories'"?
"Yes, I did," Ashla replied.
"How do you know what my memories are?" I ask her.
"When you replicated your knowledge, you also replicated your memories up until that moment, and every thought you had," she said making me go wide eyed.
