3 : Slow Motion

Chapter 3

Blair's POV

Luckily students were arriving now for school and Kendall got here early.

"What up cuz" Kendall says before sitting down next to me on the grass. Leaning herself up on her palms and crossing her legs in front of her. "How was being a tour guide?" she laughs.

"Annoying. As always"

"What happened? You usually don't seem this annoyed about giving a tour" she looks at me confused.

"Ugh, just one of the new students got me mad"

"First day and she already pissed you off. Bad move"

"I didn't even do anything to her and she was being a bitch"

"She hot?"

"Kendall" I push her shoulder.

"What? Come on, we never get new students that aren't freshmen. I'm just curious"

"Well, yeah she is" I roll my eyes. "Actually, all of them are. And get this, they are all siblings"

"Wait so there are six new attractive siblings? No way that sounds too good to be true"

"I'm telling the truth. I didn't know they were all siblings till I got here, but the weird thing is that they all look so different. I think they might be adopted"

"Ooo interesting. What are their names?"

"Um, Victoria, Navy, Sloane, Callan, Killian, and Drew Brooks" I said to Kendall, and she immediately went on her phone. I already knew what she was going to do.

"Woah okay yeah you weren't lying. How are they all so attractive"

"Whose insta are you looking at"

"Navy's. I figured it would be easier to find since his name is Navy"

We continue to stalk all their social media accounts as we walk to our lockers. They seem like they have a pretty close relationship. All of them have photos with each other on their socials. But honestly once Kendall found Drew's account all I focused on was her. Even in the group photos she posted I only focused on her.

"She is hot" Kendall says.

"Told you, but that attitude of hers was not" I say, but Kendall just smiles at me.

"What?" I ask.

"You totally want to hook up with her" she grins.

"What no I don't. I could barely stand her"

"Oh you want her bad"

"No I don't!"

"No you don't what?" Presley says as she walks up next to us.

Presley is one of my close friends. We three have been close friends since kindergarten. But the only one of my friends that knows I'm gay is Kendall. I wish that I could just come out like Kendall did, but my parents won't let me.

When I was 14, I came out to my parents. I thought that they would be supportive, but instead they said that I could not tell anyone else. I have to keep my private life private. If not, then they will disown me from the family and take away my inheritance. I don't care about my inheritance, but I do care about my little brother Declan. If they disown me then I will not be able to see him. So, for now it is in the closet where I must remain, at least publicly.

"Um, nothing" I say.

"I am so tired. I could not sleep all night. Is practice going to be intense today?" Presley asks me.

"Not too much. I honestly don't even want to practice today, but we need it" I reply.

"Hey babe" Connor says as he and Jake stand beside us. He kisses my cheek. "Why are you in formal attire today?"

"I had to show the new kids around"

"Oh yeah, I forgot that you had to do that. I'm so glad I don't have to do that. You should just give them a school map and let them figure it out themselves" he says.

Connor Duncan. Most popular guy in school, varsity basketball captain, overall asshole, and unfortunately my boyfriend. Our parents thought that it would be a good thing for us to get together because our families are close friends, but it is just a business move for them.

My parents said that if I date him that I could hook up with whoever I want as long as I don't get caught. I figured it would get them off my back and allow me to do what I want without them questioning me. It is a win-win for the both of us.

Connor thinks that I don't know he cheats on me all the time, but I do. I honestly don't care considering I cheat on him as well. This way we can be with who we want and not have our parents nagging at us.

"Yeah that wouldn't be very prestigious of us" I say with sarcasm. "And my mom makes me do it. Easier to just do what she wants then to fight her"

"How did they even get in? No one ever gets in as a transfer" Jake asks. Jake is Connor's best friend and Presley's boyfriend.

"I don't know, but I guess they had something the school wanted. I think they are all like really smart or something" I reply.

"Maybe it was their looks" Kendall jokes.

"What do you mean?" Connor asks.

"They're all hot. Going to be hard to pick one sibling"

"Wait they are all siblings?" Jake asks.

"Yup"

"And you're planning on hooking up with one? Why am I not surprised" Presley smiles.

"You don't even know if they are all into girls Kendall" I say to her.

"I bet Drew is. She definitely gives off gay vibes" she smiles at me.

"You haven't even met-" I was saying but I noticed that the siblings were all walking in.

My pause causes Kendall, Presley, and Jake to turn around. I don't know how it was for everyone else, but I swear they were all walking in slow motion. Time slowed down for them. It was like a scene in a movie when a group of mean girls walks down the hall catching everyone's attention.

As they walked past us I made eye contact with Drew. My breath skipped a bit. She looks so good in the school uniform. Her brunette hair flowing on the side of her head, her fitted navy pants, her blue eyes standing out with her black eyeliner, and her rose colored lips.

"They are even hotter in person" Kendall says.

"You sure they are siblings" Connor laughs.

"Yeah, they are" I answer.

"Definitely all adopted then. Wonder which one was the luckiest to be taken from the dump they came from" Connor says.

"What the fuck is wrong with you" I turn to him.

"What? You know it is true. It's not like kids who are adopted come from good families"

"You're such an asshole" Kendall says as she walks away. Honestly if Connor wasn't who he was or more if his family wasn't who they were Kendall would've beaten his ass a long time ago. She can not stand him.

We all turn to see Kendall go up to the siblings and start talking to all of them. I wish I could've gone over with her, but instead I just stay here with my idiotic asshole of a boyfriend and my two other friends.
