Ghoul's come from almost everywhere, execpt for heaven. The evil spirits from heaven are known as Fallen Angels that choose to follow Lucifer.

Thousands of years ago, when they would burn witches, Lucifer took them in and created a ghoul. Even now days, when a witch or a Satanist dies, they will be reincarnated into a ghoul to stand the burning depths of hell. Ghoul's can also be bred, even in hell. Lucifer wanted demons close to his own imagine, which is when he created the ghoul of the first witch who was welcomed into hell.
