What just happened!?! Did she actually say she loves me? I almost can't believe it. I know that I love her but she loves me as well. I'm in shock. It's a new, exciting and scary feeling at the same time. It's like a new chapter opened in my life. A chapter I didn't know I needed until I got a taste of it.

I can't focus on the coach's words at all. Everything goes in from one ear and out in the other ear. The only thing that stays in my mind is her words. Three words that got me out of my mind. Eight letters that I'll never forget. Eight letters that are now printed behind my eyes and are the only thing I see when I close my eyes.

I love playing football with all my heart but today I hope the game goes past as fast as possible. I can't wait to spend time with her after and I know I won't be able to let her out of my sight even for a second.

"Pedri, can I have your keycard because I forgot mine in our room and I have to get some stuff right after the game?" I ask as I notice I can't find my keycard anywhere.

"Yeah, but bring it back to me so I can get in when I arrive," Pedri answers and hands me his keycard.

"I'll leave it to the reception so you can get it there and I don't have to hunt you from anywhere," I say.

"Boyyyyys!! Let's play the second half well and get to the final! Vamoooos!!" Sergio yells and cuts our little chit chat.

I have one last thing to do before going back to the court. I take my spare shirt out of my bag and walk out of the door with it. I see my princess chatting with the security guards and thank god they are keeping their hands off her. I notice her face lights up as she sees me. So cute.

"You're hopefully my biggest fan but you don't have my shirt so we have to change that right now," I say to her as I drag her along the corridor.

"Aww, you don't have to do that," she answers and gives me a quick kiss.

What is she even thinking? Of course I have to. I want her to be in 'team Gavi' since she is going to be the cutest part of the team.

"Put that on princess. After that someone is getting you to the seats that are for friends and family so you can watch the rest of the game with Ferran's girlfriend. She is really friendly. You're going to get along amazingly. After the game I'm all yours. Don't even think I'm letting you out of my sight," I continue.

She looks like the cutest person alive when she has my shirt on. It fits her so well and she looks like a dessert you want to eat with one bite.

"You look amazing," is the last thing I have time to tell her before getting back to the court.

I'm full of new power, thanks to her. The rest of the game flows on its own. I make brilliant passes and play one of the best games for a long time. Brazil has absolutely no chance of winning and we stop Neymar which is a big achievement. Bye bye Brazil and we're going to the final!!
