Gavi knocks on the door five minutes after 9pm. He looks adorable with blue shorts and white t-shirt. His emerald green eyes are studying me eagerly and he has a mysterious backpack on his back.
"Ready to go princess?" Gavi asks.
"For sure! I can't wait to know where we are going," I answer.
Madeline appears at the door just before we're leaving.
"I'm keeping an eye on you Gavi. Bring her safely back here and don't make me question why she needs to wear a bikini underneath that dress," she says and eyes Gavi.
"Maddy, no need to threaten anyone. I'm safe with him," I say and smile encouragingly.
"I'm taking good care of her so no need to worry. I'm a gentleman," Gavi says.
"Always so innocent... Both of you. If you only knew what kind of people there are out there. Now I'm going to catch up with Pedri. Have fun and be safe. I don't want to search for your corpse in the morning," she adds before she closes the door in front of us.
"Let's have some fun!" I say and head for the elevators.
We end up going to the beach. The sun is about to set soon which means we can watch the sunset together. Gavi has a cute light blue blanket, strawberries and a little champagne bottle in his backpack. Peaceful dates are my favorite. We talk about everything between the earth and sky and he feeds me strawberries once in a while. The ocean hums in the background and the sky is a mixture of pink and orange. The scenery looks almost unreal.
"So I was thinking we could go for a night swim," Gavi suggest after we ate all the strawberries.
And we do. He picks me up after I get rid of my dress and throws me in the ocean. He dives right after me and we start playing with the water. I'm splashing the water into him, giggling and feeling like a little girl who is having fun with her friends. The sun sets behind him and the light reflection makes him look like a Greek God.
"What are you looking at, princess?" he asks when I stare at him for a while.
"You, since you look unbelievably handsome," I answer shily. Why do I get nervous and shy around him?
"You're so cute," he says and looks me in the eyes.
"I'm so happy I found you at first in the club and now here. Have I ever told you you're like a miracle in my life?" he asks and puts his forehead against mine.
"No but I'm more than happy to hear that," I say and wrap my arms around his trained back before kissing him.
I can feel him smiling against my lips and I couldn't be happier at this moment. Even a camera flashlight flashing behind us can't take my happiness away since we don't even notice it.
