Sky Eyes. His scent strong in my nose, creeping into my mind. His hands slide up my chest as our lips connect in short sparks of passion. My heart pounds faster and faster, making me dizzy. I've never felt like this. My body shaky, my heart spasming, my mouth desperate to get back on Ian's. My thoughts liquify and grow woozy, my insides twisting as my desires are overtaken with lust. "I love you." He gasps. I moan softly as he leads hot, gentle kisses up my neck to my jawline. "I-I love you too..." I've never felt like this. I never knew how it felt...to be in love. Now I do.

I snuggled into Derp's chest, my fingers trailing down to his belt, their tips dancing along the buckle before I brought my hand back up to his face, bringing it closer so I can kiss him. I was so in love at that moment. The rare moments of peace and bliss we got with eachother. My eyes trailed over the scars on his body, my index finger running the length of one round his chest. It was like a thick knotted rope tightening on his stomach. What he had of one anyway. I listened to his heartbeat. "I guess that's one thing that they didn't change." "What?" "Your heartbeat. They couldn't change it." "Yeah...I guess." "What else did they keep the same?" "Hair colour, kidney, um...that's it." I stared at him. "Seriously?" He nodded, crooked eyes following me in their lopsided gaze. At first glance he was pretty freaky, like a humanlike Frankenstein. But if you looked longer you would see the sadness in his eyes, the suffering in the scars he bore. "You're lucky." His hoarse voice was bitter. I blinked. "About what?" "You're lucky you get your own body, your own life. Since I was taken all people have done is take that away from me, try to control me." I swallowed. He was speaking clearer than he had in a long while, but he seemed on the brink of something. "I know. I feel sorry for you." His crooked eyes are filled with raw misery as he looked away. His mournful gaze tugged painfully at my heart strings as I shuffled, trying to get closer to me. I blinked back tears as he moved away, drawing his knees to his chest. I wondered if it was just his top half that was scarred. "I don't n-need your pity..." I took hold of his shoulders, wincing inwardly as I felt the bones grind against each other underneath his skin as he turned to look at me. "You may not need my pity, but you need my help." He growled. "Why?" I rested my forehead against his, waiting for his eyes to clear again. When they did I kissed his nose softly. "I can protect you. Keep you safe." He looked away. "No one can keep me safe from the voices in my head..." I gently hold his sad face in my hands. "I'm going to try."

"Any news?...none at all?...oh...well...thanks all the same..." I placed my phone on the table. Ian had been missing for 5 months now. The last people to see him were me and Sophie, and now he's gone. I wish I could remember something, if anything, before we left the street, but nothing comes to mind. I feel helpless. The police are still searching but I know soon they're going to give up. The file will be put away and never heard of again. SSundee will disappear from the face of the Earth. Where the hell was he? Was he even alive? "Ben, are you ok?" I looked up at the sound of Sophie's voice, sighing as my green eyes met her brown ones. "I'm just so worried about Ian..." She sat down beside me, nuzzling into my side as I put my arms round her. "He'll be ok Crainer. They'll find him soon." She held me close as I shut my eyes, welcoming the warm darkness in my mind. "I hope so Soph...I really do..."

Derp suddenly bolts upright beside me in the cold darkness, startling me from my sleepy doze. "Did you hear that?!" I sit up as well, holding him close. "Hear wha-?" I look down, a sharp intake of breath escaping me as I see the black blood blossoming across the sheets in the dim lighting. My eyes widen. Derp suddenly starts screaming, his wrists bleeding heavily. I shrink back in terror as he starts twitching spasmodically, crying out names I've never heard in his tortured tone of voice. James. Rose. Max. Emily. Crainer. I freeze at the last one. I grab his shoulders as his twitching persists, the names forcing themselves out between his strangled cries. "Where did you hear that name?!" His eyes are wide and full of tears as he takes a shaky breath only to choke it back out again with his desperate sobs of agony. I relax my grip and pull him into my chest. Suddenly I feel his teeth in my neck, digging deep into my sore flesh. I yell in pain, his blood splattering against my skin as he grips my shoulders, biting deeper till I'm screaming in agony. He pulls away, shouting wildly, his eyes wide, his gaze hot on my skin; feverish. "M-Master said they'd h-hurt, h-hurt, w-wrists h-hurt!" I push him off me and rip open the drawers in the bedside table as he shakes, staring at things that aren't there, still screaming names. I ignore the agonising throbs of pain tearing through my neck as I grab matches out of a drawer and light the candle on the table with one. Instant firelight is thrown over his writhing form, dark shadows painting grisly scenes of his suffering on the walls. I pin him down, grabbing one of his wrists. The veins are turning a dark red, blood making it slippery to keep hold of. I'm winded as his knee hits my stomach hard, forcing me off him as he sits up on his knees. He snarls; the veins turning a livid red from their previous dark shade. He suddenly freezes, his entire body rigid and poised. Slowly, his head turns to look at me. The sheer insanity in the depths of his eyes terrifies me as he regards me without expression. Then, slowly, so slowly, the corners of his mouth turn up in a stretched grin. I take that as my cue to run.

I hear frantic scratching at my door and go to it, opening it. I expect to find a panic stricken Derp; instead I find a tearful, scared Ian. He bolts into my room and I shut the door abruptly, looking at him. His neck has a deep bitemark in; there are goosebumps rising on his shaking, bare arms and he's shivering from cold and fear. I sit him down gently on my bed, staring into his sky blue eyes. "Ian, what happened?" I suddenly hear a creepy giggle outside of my door. I swiftly get up and lock it before turning to Ian. Derp. "H-his...w-wrists, they-" He suddenly goes extremely pale as a wild scream of laughter cuts through the fear and tension. "Come out come out wherever you are...~" My eyes widen. Wrists. Derp's gone AWOL. What did Randel do?
