Months later
"You ready to go?" I asked Mina.
"Yup!" She said holding a very large backpack.
We had packed all our belongings onto a wagon that was going to be sent to a forest near wall Maria.
Raymond, Mina, Kai, Annie, and I were all leaving the scouts ... For now at the very least.
We reached the top of Trost and saw 3 familiar figures waiting for us.
It was Armin Mikasa and Eren.
"Give this to Levi and Historia when you can" I said handing him two envelopes.
"Are you sure about this?" Mikasa asked.
"The only reason I joined the scouts was because I wanted to help humanity beat the Titans... I feel like I've done that" Mina said.
"So you guys are really leaving..." Mikasa said a sad look on her face.
Mina looked to the side not wanting to get emotional.
"Yeah I guess we are..."
Mikasa walked up and wrapped her arms around Mina, a tear rolling down her eye. Mina instantly hugged back burrying her face into her shoulder to hide her tears. Mikasa had been like a sister to her, parting ways like this was just heart breaking.
"See ya scaredy cat" Annie said hugging Armin the same way.
"Don't get caught and remember you can always come back now..." Armin said.
"Take care of that little pipsqueak of yours ya hear colossal boy" Raymond said.
"I will!" Armin said.
I gave Eren one last hug as did everyone else before parting ways once and for all.
"You guys ready?" I asked.
Everyone nodded.
We all jumped off wall Trost and activated our ODM gear.
Historia/Christa P.O.V
I got an envelope from (Y/N) that read.
Christa.... I'm glad your back in the scout regiment, I don't like the idea of you rattling around in a mansion by yourself... We all need family the scout regiment is yours maybe more so than they were mine
I've been on my own since I was 8... Never really fit in anywhere even in the scouts.
My Faith's in people I guess individuals and I'm happy to say for the most part they haven't let me down... Which is why I can't let them down either. You've got that same kind of faith now so never lose sight of that all I want is for everyone there to be happy
Levi P.O.V
Locks can be replaced but... Maybe they shouldn't... I know I hurt you Levi, I guess I thought that by letting you live I was sparring humanity... But I can see now that I was only sparring myself the guilt... and I'm sorry, hopefully one day you can understand... I really wish we agreed on the injection I really do, it was bad enough that we had to choose to begin with, I know your doing what you believe in and that's all any of us can do that's all any of us should...
