20 The Scouts

(Y/N) P.O.V

"Man there are so many weirdos in the scout regiment I'm so glad your here" Eren said.

"I heard Hange picked you personally I wonder why? I mean I'm sure the others got good grades too" Eren said.

"Maybe she likes my temperment" I said.

"Yeah maybe"

Behind Eren I saw a bush shuffle and something yellow inside of it, Eren heard it too.

"What is it?" He asked.

"You stay here I'll be riiight back" I said smirking.

Mina P.O.V

'Ok... I don't think he saw me... it looks like he's doing ok-'

"Having fun?"

"Ga-" He covered my mouth before I could scream and alert the other scouts.

"What are you doing here?" He asked letting me speak.

"I just..." I said starting to blush, "I just wanted to make sure you were ok..."

He giggled at this which was a very cute giggle I might add

"Eren and I are fine don't worry your cute little head" He said headpattin me.

"If your that worried hurry up and join the scouts already, it's not like we're going anywhere without you" He said going back to his post.

I went back to the barracks and saw Mikasa pacing back and fourth with a very nervous look on her face.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

"Yeah it's just... I'm very worried about Eren" She said holding herself.

"I just saw him actually!" I said.

Mikasa grabbed my shoulders with a very concerned look in her eyes.

"Is he ok? Did they do anything bad too him? Is he eating enough? Please tell me!" She said.

I blinked several times from the shock before laughing a bit.

"Mikasa he's fine besides (Y/N) there with him" I said.

Mikasa let go of my shoulders but was still pretty concerned I could tell.

"But I bet you'd feel better if you could check on him yourself though right? I know I'm the same way... the hole reason I saw him was because I was actually looking for (Y/N)" I said.

Mikasa looked at me and smiled.

"You and I aren't so different you know..." I said.

"Maybe not..." Big sis Mikasa said.

Kendrix P.O.V

Dom Mina and all sat on the couch while Kai cooked but he... wasn't looking at the pot.

"Um... Kai is everything OK? I mean... look at this" I said showing him the burnt Potatos.

"Oh sorry I forgot the pepper..." He said... while poring milk on the potatoes.

"Um... Kai are you ok?" Mina asked.

He didn't say anything and just walked back to the Kitchen.

"That guy is seriously bugging..." Dom said.

Later I found out its because of this Nifa girl that saved his life.

"Hey look at me... it's nice to be in love but remember we've got a mission to accomplish..." I said.

"Yeah... your right... sorry about that" He said.

(Y/N) P.O.V

A couple of weeks later everyone joined the scouts even Jean, but Marco was seemingly hospitalized and in a coma due to hitting his head so hard in the battle although if you asked me it looked like somebody punched him repeatedly... bit it's probably just my imagination.

Dom and I decided to get acquainted with some of our fellow scout members.

"Hey Armin" I greeted as I saw him watch Petra and Christa groom the horses.

"She's really good with mammals" Armin said referring to Christa despite Petra also being there.

"Hey perfect timing I need another person to exercise that horse" Petra said.

Armin couldn't since he was information gathering so she was referring to either me or Dom.

The horse growled at us.

"Be my guest" Dom said.

"Um actually... I got alot of stuff to do" I said.

"Oh man look at the time" Dom said.

"Hold it... do I detect fear?" Mina said stopping us right in our tracks and folding her arms.

"No not me" Dom said.

"Fear? No way!" I said.

"Good toss a coin" Petra said handing Dom a coin.

Dom whispered

"(Y/N) you have to do this there's no way I'm getting on that thing! I'll cook dinner tonight!"

"One night? No way you cook for a week"

"A week? No way I-"

"Fine I call heads"

"Ok ok,a week!" He said shaking hand.

"Well?" Mina asked

"(Y/N) is your boy I mean your cowboy" He said putting his arm around my shoulder.

'Wtf is a cowboy' I thought

"Ok (Y/N) let's go" Christa said.

"Easy" I said getting on the horse.

"You ready?" Mina asked.

"No problem woah!" The horse just took off!

"(Y/N)!" Everyone shouted.

The darn thing knocked me off of him.

"You ok?" Everyone asked running to me.

"Nothing broken" I said feeling my neck.

"My brothers dog tags!" I quickly looking through the dirt and finding them.

I remembered him in my memories for a moment before putting the chain back around my neck.

"Nice riding tex! man you should've seen the look on your face" Dom said.

Mina lightly punch his chest.

"Would you like to go next?"

"Nope"

I'm definitely gonna need more horse practice.

The next couple days we spent learning about the 57th reacon mission where our positions would be and stuff like that.

It took almost a hole month and within that time two captured titans where also killed by unknowns.

"So the goal of this expedition is to show that Eren isn't an enemy of humanity" Kendrix Explained.

"Which is redundant since we know he isn't, here's the thing though Erwin would've known this... there's something bigger at play here something we're not seeing" I said.

"Why not just sneak into one of his meetings and listen in?" Mina suggested.

"I doubt it'll be a plan he talks about that openly and besides our suits are too brightly colored to sneak around our best bet would be the magnum defender and we all know how that's gonna go" Dominick Explained.

"And on top of that I still need to learn how to ride a horse" I said.
