43 Breaking Annie Out

I went to go find Annie only to see she wasn't in her cell.

Lover boy must've let her out. I heard chewing behind me and saw Annie in her hoodie just casually eating a potato.

I shoved Annie to a lower room and pinned her against the wall.

"First things first no more secrets" I said.

"Alright geez. My mind's a little hazy as is but I do know who killed Nick. Most of intelligence community doesn't believe he exists the ones that do call him the British Soldier he's credited with over 500 hundred assassinations withen the past year" Annie said.

"So he's a ghost story?" I asked.

"One day I was on an MP mission interrogating someone, he clearly had Intel of outside the wall till someone shot our horse and we went crashing in a house. I pulled us out but the British Soldier was there. I was covering the guy so he shot him through me, only reason I survived was because of my Titan abilities if it weren't for that it would've been bye bye bikinis" Annie said.

I rolled my eyes.

"Right because you'd look terrible either way" I said with sarcasm.

"Going after the British Soldier,is a lost cause believe me I've tried and like you said he's a ghost story" Annie said.

"Well than lets find out what the ghost wants" I said.

I took her to the girls and Mina instantly hugged her.

Annie was shocked not hugging back at first.

"Please don't betray us again, I'm begging you" Mina said.

Annie hugged her back but quickly pulled away.

"I got a lot on my mind, and a lot off it as well. Let me start off by saying... I'm sorry" Annie said.

"Sorry? Sorry? Is sorry gonna bring back all the Soldiers you killed!?" Petra asked angerly.

"Calm down" I said.

Petra stomped towards Annie and put her blade towards her throat.

"If you even think about betraying us again... I'll kill you" Petra said.

Annie nodded and Petra put her blades back in her compartments.

"Hey Petra... I know your still mad but we can't be fighting each other right now the MP is already after us as it is" I said.

"Listen Cap I'm with you through thick and thin but I don't trust her... Just keep her away from me and that's it" I said.

"Ditto" I said.

Mina also had a worried face. I patted her head and kissed her forehead.

This clearly caught her by surprise since she was now blushing. She was honestly perfect, I wish all this fighting would just stop so I could hold her close to me everyday.

"It'll be ok" I said.

She buried her face into my chest and nodded.

"I know" She said "I just don't want another Ally trying to kill us again"

Annie came out the room with a scout uniform on and odm gear.

Petra looked away folding her arms. I gave Annie a thumbs up.

"Looks good" I said.

"The scouts were never really my thing but It'll do" Annie said.

"Where's Raymond by the way?" I asked.

"He caught wind that they were trying to kill the scouts so he dipped trying to find you I presume, he let me go before he left as leaving me alone to the untrustworthy mps would've been... problematic" She said.

"Why didn't you leave?" Mina asked.

"Hazy memory, I didn’t have a clue as to where I would even go... plus I was still hungry..." She said.

"Fair enough" I said.

"We should get moving" Petra  said.

"Agreed!" I said.

"What's the situation?" Annie said.

"We're trying to figure out why the MP are killing the scouts. Pastor Nick gave out a little bit of information to the scouts regarding the walls true origin and he was killed by about MP that was strong and had a metal arm" I said.

Before I could say anything else I heard an alarm go off and the footsteps of MP's surrounded the rooms.

"Locate and kill!" We heard through the walls.

They're coming for us, we were gonna be put in jail or worse if we didn't move.
