~day 129 in the dorms~“Read this one, it's the only good one.” Bakugou shoved a children's book in Sero’s hands, making the ravenet chuckle. He scanned the book over, raising a brow in question. Nikko was half asleep in Mina’s lap, Hanta having been the one that volunteered to read the small child a story before he fell deep asleep. Though, it seemed everyone in the small group (Bakugou, Hanta, Mina, Jirou, Kirishima, Denki and Izuku) had an opinion on what book he should pick out.
“This is also the only one in english. Nikko doesn't speak English and Denki is the only one here that's fluent enough in it to get through this. It's not even a bedtime story, this is a children's chapter book.” Hanta flipped the book over, reading the plot of the fantasy in his head. It seemed to be a book about an apple tree that spoke. Nothing he would think Katsuki Bakugou of all people would want to read.
The blonde teen rolled his eyes, crossing his arms over his chest as the majority of the group let out soft laughs in his unnecessary annoyance. Kirishima kissed his forehead, smiling his usual sharp-toothed smile, as he always did.
Sero shuffled through more options for reading as he stumbled across one about a black cat, figuring the young alter would much prefer something he understood, instead of the English chapter book off to the side.
