"Yeah, yeah, I can do that... Thank you, sir... Yes, I will come to the office to get the pass. I understand." Niana was a mess. Her long blue braids were down, flying everywhere as she squatted to the floor, digging through her old, well-loved backback. Her phone was held to her ear as her head leaned to the side, keeping it clasped against her shoulder. She was wearing a baggy green T-shirt and black pants, her deep crimson eyes meeting themselves as they conected with the mirtor in her room; as she dug through her makeup bag at her desk, looking for a black lipstick and green eyeshadow. "Alright... Yes, I'll be there in an hour.. Can you tell Shouta Aizawa, Emi Aizaea and Hizashi Yamada that I will be there? I told them I would be coming, but it would be helpful if they knew the time.. Thank you.. Bye.. "
The adult lifted her head, the phone dropping into her hand as she hitthe red button to hang up. She took her lipstick in her hand, putting on a thick layer of the pigment and covering it in a dark lip gloss. She did a basic dark green eyeshadow look with light green sparkles and grabbed her bag. As it swung over her shoulder, Niana made her way to the first story of the house, seeing her partner making toast in the kitchen. She rushed over, taking a piece and kissing Vee, smiling happily.
"Hey, I took the day off. I'm going to UA to hang out with Aizawa's kid. Apparently he got put on a forced break from his classes. I don't know what happened, but I figured I'd just keep him company. He's a really cool kid, reminds me alot of Aizawa." Niana chuckled, Vee humming quietly. She gave niana a look of confusion, a thumb to her mouth as she swollowed and finally spoke.
"Didn't you just meet him like ten days ago?" She chuckled lightly, taking another bite of her toast. Niana smiled, embarrassed. She was always the type to attach and worry about others often. It was just her personality. She nodded quietly.
"Yes, but he's not even really a completely random kid. He's Aizawa and Emi's son, and Apparently, he's their birth kid. Like, I didn't even know Emi was ever pregnant, there's zero recording of it anywhere. He's nonexistent everywhere. And he's traumatized. You can't tell me I can't parent the scary grimlin child." Niana let out a fake whine and dramatic cry at the end of her speech, emphasizing her determination to be a parental figure for the younger teen. Vee nearly spat out their food, laughing so hard. By now, Vee had been used to Niana's antics, wondering theirself what the boy was like. After all, she had never met Hitoshi. Not in person, atleast.
Niana had given the teen Vee's number, telling him that they, too, were a good person. Niana wanted Hitoshi to feel comfortable around her friends as well. Afterall, the girl kept herself in compact, connected groups. She tried to keep all her friends as good people who could get along, even if they couldn't always agree on everything.
Vee put away the bread, humming as he spoke. "How do you know he's traumatized?"
"Vee, he stands like a grimlin and he's Aizawa's child, how could he not be!?" Niana exclaimed, Vee laughing harder than he ever has before at the tone and stance Niana had when speaking. She had slumped over, both hands in her pockets as she stood in example of how she remembered 'Hitoshi' standing when they met.
A few long minutes passed as Niana ate breakfast and grabbed her bag once more. She stepped out of the house, shutting the door as she took in a chilly breeze of the morning. It had been cold all week, the winter days approaching at a rapid pace in the city. Though, Niana enjoyed the snow. The ice-skating, dancing, co-existing with what nature chose to bring.
Vee was similar, though, he mostly just enjoyed the lack of bugs that the icy air came with. That had been one of the reasons Niana and him had started dating. It wasn't the only reason though. Perhaps that was a story kept for another day.
Niana made her way down the city streets, her quirk greatly assisting in her effort to be quick. She had to stop by the office first, due to her lack of residence in the school or building. Due to her not being a teacher or student, she couldn't have just walked into the dormitory without ID. She needed a key-card to even get through the main gate.
