"TO OUR QUEEN CELESTINE,
YOUR warning potentially saved us. We have not found any activity from when I write, but you mustn't worry. I've followed your orders of protection around the Dragon Cave and the kingdom, I assure you no one can harm our dragons or us.

Drogon is protected and well, everyone is doing their part in helping our kingdom.

Now, cousin to cousin, it's still a shock to know how much time has gone by. Truthfully, I do not know how to feel, I cannot process how much time we've lost. I have told our imprisoned time to our family and the lords, however, I refrain from taking announcements to the people.

Havoc will reign, they cannot hear this from a stand-by king; they need their queen to speak of this.

I know you miss home. We all miss you.

Kano has been on his own and training like no other, apparently, he is preparing for the outside world. Sorine has been doing well in Ryekeep and always complains about how you are not here. Enya has been more open to Sorine and me, but I think she's still shy in talking to Kano and Bastian.

From when I write this, I believe you cannot make it to the ceremony.
As much as it will disappoint Enya, she will understand. I know you are equally as disappointed to miss it.
It will not be the same with you there, we will all feel it in our hearts.

Your brother has been studying nonstop. He is going well, but more closed off than ever. He doesn't fool around with Kano anymore, he spends his time with a nose in a book.
I have tried to speak to him, but he doesn't seem to want to speak to me.
I worry about him.

I hope you and Narnia can find peace.
I know it must be hard to find a comfort in an unknown place, even if it is described to be a sort of 'paradise'.

Please, be careful, Celest.
As your family, I want you home in one piece and preferably not dead.
Come home when you can.

THERE were many times when Celestine wanted to ride back home, leaving Narnia forever. But something begged her to stay, a feeling in her heart chained her to the land.

She has read her cousin's letter continuously times and thought about it every time of day.
Truthfully, she cried the first time she read the note.

Celestine had missed the ceremony. She didn't know if Enya was the rider of the dragon. It was, however, impossible for her to show. The time when Aurora had left to go to Narnia, the New Moon night came.
