Michael's pov

I looked all over my room for the bracelet Liz gave me. I walked over to my table and found a letter on it. I picked it up and read the name on it.

From Liz

I felt my heart skip a beat. I quickly unfolded it and began to read it.

Dear Michael,

I'm gone now. I want you to be happy. Happy we had our time together. We'll be together soon. Just hang in there and stay happy for me. Imagine me walking with you every step of the way. I will be there when you win an award. I will stand by you through thick and thin. I will always love you. I will never stop loving you. I don't care if you go to my funeral or not, it's a lot for you. Just promise me you won't forget me. Promise me you will always love me. That's all I ask for. If you do find someone new, I hope she loves you as much as I love you. You mean everything to me and all I want is for you to be happy. I'm watching down upon you right now, smiling. Remember the photos we took with my Polaroid? I want you to keep them. Keep my bracelets. Give Calum my posters and my stuffed dog. Give Luke my stuffed penguin. Give Ashton my beanies, don't worry they're for guys and girls so it doesn't matter. Make sure to give Tori my 1D blanket and my laptop. She knows where a few things are and she can show you some of my favorite things I never told you on my laptop. You Michael can have whatever else you'd like. You mean everything to me and I don't mind if you have some of my stuff. Take it all, do whatever you'd like with it. All I want is for you to not forget me and promise me you will always love me. I love you, so much. I guess this is bye, for now.

Love Liz

I smiled and looked up.

"I promise you I will never forget you and I will always love you. Always." I whispered.

I went downstairs and noticed everyone sitting on the couch, squished next to each other.

"Isn't that uncomfortable?" I asked.

"No." Calum shook his head.

"Here, Liz wrote this before she left." I smiled handing them the letter.

"How are you smiling through this?" Tori asked.

"She means everything to me. I was sad at first, but I know she's safer up there. She's waiting for me and I know she loves me. That's all that matters." I said looking down at my shoes.
