Y/N began to stir awake and looked around, his vision was blurry, two peggies were watching him.
"Be easier just to put a bullet in him."
"That is not the will of the Father. Take them to John, he's ready to hear their confession."
Y/N lost consciousness again.
When he woke up, Y/N could hear screams and chains rattling, he cleared his head and vision by shaking his head before looking over to see Deputy Hudson, gagged with duct tape over her mouth.
"Joey. Joey, hey look at me. Stay strong for me, swear to you...I'm getting you out of here." Y/N said as he stopped at the sound of whistling, it was John Seed whistling "We'll meet again - by Vera Lynn" as he walked in with a tool box full of torture equipment and Y/N's signature python revolver in his hand, John walked over to a work bench and placed the tool box and the revolver on the table before turning to look at the two officers.
"My parents were the first ones to teach me about the power of Yes. One night they took me into the kitchen...and they threw me on the ground..." John began as he stapled skin that had been carved from someone. "And I experienced pain after pain after pain after pain."
John slammed the stapler onto the table in a small outburst as he maintained eye contact with Y/N.
"And when I didn't think I could take anymore, I did...something broke free inside, I wasn't scared, I was clear. I looked up at them, and I started to laugh, all I could say was...Yes." John continued as he started up the tattoo machine. "I spent my entire life looking for more things to say 'yes' to, I opened every hole in my body and when those were filled, I created more."
John opened Y/N's shirt and looked at his body for a moment as Y/N maintained a stern glare and eye contact, if looks could kill, Joseph would be dust.
"But it was Joseph who showed me just how selfish I was being. Always receiving. Always taking. The best gift isn't the one you get, it's the one you give and giving takes courage. The courage...to own your sin. To etch it on to your flesh and carry its burden and when you have endured -- when you have truly begin to atone -- to cut it out like a cancer and display it for all to see. My God that's courage." John monologued before moving over to Y/N's revolver. "This is a remarkable weapon you have. Is it yours...personally I mean, what is it...44 magnum?"
"It's a Colt Python, it chambers .357 rounds and can accommodate .38 special rounds too. That gun right there...that's what I'm gonna use to kill you, and your two brothers." Y/N said coldly as he looked straight into John's eyes. While he didn't show it, John felt a shiver run down his spine at the threat, Hudson stopped struggling against her restraints and looked over to Y/N, she knew his military record, and she knew that if he was making threats to kill someone, then people were going to die.
"Not now, this pistol, it's mine now." John said as he holstered the revolver on his hip. "Now, I'm going to teach you courage. Teach you how to say 'yes' so you can confront your weaknesses. Confront your sin. You will swim across an ocean of pain and emerge...free. For only then can you truly begin to atone. And to make things a little more fun. Sister dear, why don't you come here."
Y/N turned and saw her, Rachel. She looked subtly scared, in a way that only someone as close to her as he was would notice.
"Now, Y/N...I'm no idiot, I know you're only in this all to come and find your precious girl, but here's the dilemma I want you to look at, just picture it for me sheriff because it really is very important. You get to choose who goes first in this, oh, and for a little more incentive. Every time I have to ask you to say yes, I'll make you choose which of your precious girls gets hurt, is it Deputy Hudson who you apparently harbour some care for like she's an older sister, or is it my sister. Or, you can save them both and say Yes. Here's the real kicker, if you say nothing each time after the first time, I'll rotate between the three of you asking who I should hurt. First warning you get to choose, second...well who knows, lets see shall we. Who is going to say 'yes'?"
Y/N said nothing.
The long silence filled the room as Y/N looked to Hudson and then to Rachel, knowing he'd have to make a choice.
"Okay, round one. Y/N...pick one of our lovely girls you want me to spare from pain (For now at least) and who you want me to deliver said pain to."
"Is your mother an option, or is your existence too much pain for her as it is?" Y/N said as he looked John in the eyes before headbutting him, once again breaking his nose. John smiled and grabbed Y/Ns head, leaning in so that his mouth was next to Y/N's ear.
"You will choose one, or you will say yes, or you will all suffer, and believe me, Faith may be my sister, but I can do what I like with her, whatever I like." John whispered into Y/N's ear.
Y/N looked at the two girls. Before sighing.
"This is lesson number one sheriff. Make your choice."
Y/N said nothing.
"One of you has got to choose."
"Me, I'll go first, set an example, show them it's not that bad." Rachel spoke up as John pointed his knife at her causing Y/N to try and lunge from his chair.
"No, you are punishment, that is it for now. Y/N or Hudson, which one. Someone's got to choose!" John snarled as Y/N.
"I'll go first. Believe me John, I know how Y/N thinks. He'll want to do whatever I do." Rachel said as Y/N looked at her, John snapped. Flipping the workbench in a fit of rage at being undermined.
"For fucks sake then, we'll start with you! But only Y/N watches, after all, this makes it more personal. Guards! Take Hudson back to her room!" John ordered as two cultists walked into the room and dragged Hudson out. John walked up to Rachel and walked her over to in front of Y/N, sitting her sown on a chair a few feet away from the sheriff who looked at Rachel.
"Now then where to put it, this needs to be a punishment for both you and him, something that will...remind him of today." John said as he caressed his hands over Rachel who looked subtly uncomfortable around John, she noticed Y/N's hands clench up into fists, his knuckles going white with how tightly he had his fists clenched. "Hmm, lets look at you both, oh I know just where to put it."
John ran his hand along Rachels thigh.
"John. If you do this...I will burn your life to the ground." Y/N said as John chuckled, starting up the tattoo machine.
"Don't worry, you can stop this Y/N...if you just say 'Yes'." John said as Y/N looked to Rachel, her eyes subtly pleading for him to let it happen, telling him to remain strong, but she looked back into his and saw him looking at her with guilt. "No? Okay then. Faith, I want you to put your leg up on this stool, and I'm going to tattoo the inside of your thigh, just above the knee."
Rachel took a deep breath before putting her leg up on the stool and John handcuffed her to the chair and started up the tattoo pen.
"Rachel." Y/N said in a pleading tone as John smiled at having found Y/N's weakness. As the Pen neared Rachels thigh, she looked to Y/N. "Wait! Before you do...I have one question."
John paused and stood up as Rachel looked worried, worried Y/N had given in.
"Did you give Rachel the other tattoos and scars?" Y/N asked as John looked at him and smiled sadistically.
"Yes. I did. And we both...loved it."
Y/N let out a growl before whispering something into Johns ear, Rachel couldn't catch what was said, but when John reacted by painfully carving the words 'Lust' and 'Envy' into the inside of her thighs, her screams ringing through the room as Y/N was forced to watch.
When John was finished he smiled at Y/N's enraged look. Rachel looked at Y/N as John chuckled at having found Y/N's pressure point, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a needle before injecting Rachel with it. She was out unconscious in seconds.
"Well, I'll take Faith to her little room to recover. And when she wakes up, she can watch your confession." John stated as he wheeled Rachel out of the room, leaving Y/N on his own...
