The Call

Y/N was sat in Hope County Jail, tending the wounds he had gained over the past week of non-stop fighting. Y/N was alone in a cell, stitching his wounds and bandaging himself, he looked at the small photo of him and Rachel when they were younger. 

"Rook, you good?" Deputy Hudson asked as Y/N nodded.

"I should have stayed." Y/N said as Hudson looked at him.

"What do you mean?"

"I should have stayed, helped Rachel recover from her addiction, looked after her, maybe if I had, she wouldn't have ended up being taken advantage of, turned into the person she is now." Y/N said as Hudson paused.

"Maybe you're right, but it's pointless thinking about it now. You need to go and help her, the best way you can do that is by taking back this region and then if possible, freeing her from the cults control..."

"Or if necessary...putting a bullet in her head. I prefer the second one." Tracy said as Y/N turned to look at her.

"Tracy?" Y/N said like he wanted to talk to her.

"Yeah?"

"Fuck off." Y/N said before grunting as he pried a bullet out of his shoulder and into the wash basin.

Y/N's radio came alive.

"Captain Y/N L/N."

"Jacob."

"Hello captain, you'll be pleased to hear that your actions have not gone unnoticed. In fact, Joseph's recently put out a 10 million dollar bounty on your head. The money's taken from charitable...donations obviously. My sister is thrilled with the news. Isn't that right Faith?..."

"mmmph!"

"Jacob, if you've touched a hair on her head, I promise you, I'm going to go through everyone between you and me."

"I know, you don't have to worry about ticking her off your little target list though, my best men are now taking her position. As for Faith, well, she's waiting for you at my compound for some...therapy. Along with anyone willing to help claim the bounty."  Jacob said as Y/N paused for a moment.

"Money's hard to spend when you're dead." Y/N said before turning his radio off. "How does Jacob get his prisoners to his compound?"

"I don't know." Hudson admitted.

"Where's Whitehorse?" Y/N asked as he stood up, putting a black cargo jacket, with some black cargo pants, black combat boots, and a black plate carrier, what he was about to do was not being done as a sheriff, it was being done by a soldier, him. He walked down the cell block and into the makeshift infirmary where he found Whitehorse.

"Boss? How does Jacob get cult prisoners to his compound?" Y/N asked as Earl turned to look at him.

"Why?"

"Doesn't matter, clocks ticking, how does he do it?" Y/N asked as Whitehorse paused for a moment.

"My guess if it's someone important, he'll use the trains that goes to and from the compound. One goes right through Whitetail Mountains and into the Henbane, and the other goes right through Whitetail Mountains and into Holland Valley. Why?"

"Jacob's got her." Y/N said as he looked at a map of the county and looked at Whitetail mountains, seeing where Jacob would set his compound up. Y/N thought for a minute. "I'm going to need people we trust waiting for us here at this checkpoint. They're my exfil team."

"What about your infil team?"

"You're looking at him." Y/N said as he looked Whitehorse in the eyes. "This is a one way trip Earl, so I'm going in alone, and I'm getting her out of there."

"Kid that's exactly what he wants-"

"Then he's as stupid as he is crazy." Y/N said as he left, heading to the shop nearby and buying himself some weapons.

He bought a rifle, a Daniel Defense M4V7S with an EOTech EXPS-3, G33 magnifier, AN-PEQ 15 laser module, Modlite weaponlight, BCM Gunfighter vertical grip, a suppressor with a cloth cover, and a Magpul SL stock.

While he bought a new pistol, an Agency Arms Glock 21, equipped with a stippled frame, custom flat face trigger, a milled slide with front serrations and a cut for a Trijicon RMR, a threaded barrel fitted with a Rugged suppressor and a Surefire X300 Ultra weaponlight

"You know everyone here's gonna want a piece of her right?" Tracy asked as Y/N turned and looked at her.

"It's my job to protect and serve and right now she's a hostage, so if they try and kill a hostage, then they're free range for me to kill." Y/N said as he left, holstering his pistol and putting his rifle into his car before driving off, heading towards the compound on a mission to save Rachel...
