"The Jedi Order's problem is Yoda. No being can wield that kind of power for centuries without becoming complacent at best or corrupt at worst. He has no idea that it's overtaken him; no longer sees all the little cumulative evils that the Republic tolerates and fosters, from slavery to endless wars, and he never asks, why are we not acting to stop this? Live alongside corruption for too long, and you no longer notice the stench."

Zeridian (Months later)

It had been years since the planet of Zeridian was found by the Jedi. And not much has changed besides the relationship between each other. It was the worst it could possibly be now. There were rumors swirling around in Zeridian that the Separatist had built a huge droid factory on Geonosis. And to make it worse they also had Intel that the numerous Jedi had went to confront Count Dooku personally. Reasons they do not know yet.

Regardless if this was true or not the fleet was out on high alert as talks of war sparking were already high as it is between the two. And the idea that a war going towards their doors was a possibility. And the one that would deal a devastating blow to their enemies if something happened was the Eternity. She was currently in orbit around the planet as smaller ships such as cruisers, frigates, and destroyers covered her flanks. In the bridge the admiral Jackson was overseeing the fleet as his officers helped with various tasks.

As they worked, the ship's AI appeared behind Jackson. The AI was programmed to look and talk like a female. Her body appeared light orange.

"Admiral, I just received information that the Republic and separatist have just declared war on each other."

The bridge that was once bustling with noise and officers chatting had gone silent as the only sounds came from captains from other ships and squadrons communicating with each other.

Jackson quickly breaks the silence. "Is there any information on what happened down there?"

"What's confirmed so far is that the Republic had created an army. A clone army. They attacked Geonosis alongside the Jedi. The casualties were said to be high. The exact estimate is unknown for now."

Jackson couldn't help but shake his head. "This war is going to spread to other systems."

"Chancellor Palpatine and Count Dooku are already addressing the situation to everyone. Rumors have it that they are already trying to have neutral systems support them. I'm sure they'll try to pressure us into helping them in the war. So this war will indeed spread. It's only a matter of time until they come knocking on our doors" The AI says, appearing near the controls of the ship.

"To them we are still unknown and people fear the unknown. What better way to make us their ally in their war effort. There's no doubt they'll try."

"This is going to make things complicated for us." Jackson says looking back at the fleet.

"You say it as if you won't enjoy it."

Jackson raised a brow at her. "Are you suggesting something?"

"I wasn't suggesting anything admiral. Just stating my thoughts out loud."

Jackson stared at her for a few seconds before looking back at the fleet. He could've swore he saw a faint smile on her face when she said that.

Just as he was about to say something, multiple reports started to come in about the situation. Some of them directly dealing with Zeridian itself.
