I looked over and saw Powder going to a different room I look back at the bookshelf I went over to the book I pulled out halfway and push it back closing the compartment
"hey Vi i'm going to follow Powder we're going to the next room over" Vi looked at me and gave me a nod saying to go
As I went over to the next room I saw she left the door open I looked inside to see she was holding something she was by a desk with some papers on it and some books I leaned on the door frames just looking at her I listen to her hum as I just stood there she put something in her pouch and I decided that would be the best time to speak
"what you got there" I saw that she jumped a little making me laugh "(n/n) you scare me" I got off the door frame and walked over to her with my hands in my pocket "so are you gonna tell me what you got there" she pulled it back out of her pocket to show me what it was it was a golden circle thing and it could've been a gear I have no clue she put it back in her pocket and reached out to the top shelf to grab a book I walked behind her to look at the book with her the book wasn't really interesting so she closed it she looked over to the right of us and I heard her let out a sound of excitement
"food" she walked over to the decks on the other side of the room she grabbed both sandwiches she held out one for me to take "do you want some I know you didn't eat breakfast today" a smile across my face as she was being so sweet "sure thing I need to eat anyways I skipped dinner last night as well" I took the sandwich, and bit into it I could tell that she was concerned about my eating habits but she bit into hers deciding not to say anything for now
I leaned on the desk taking another bite of the sandwich as she moves some blueprints to uncover a box she tried to lift it up which made me smile she started to touch the box in different areas to see if she can lift it or if there was a switch the box started to open making me actually stand up again to stand beside her I put the sandwich by hers as the box opened up a revealed when I want to say is blue crystals she took one out of the box and held it up to her eye as I took one as well for some reason I was drawn to this thing
"these are beautiful what do you think they are" I moved it away from my eye still toiling it between my fingers "I have no clue but they're pretty" I put it back in the box not wanting to mess with it as I picked up Powder's sandwich holding it for her "here take a bite you need to eat" she stop looking at the crystal to smile at me and took a bite of the sandwich
I put the sandwich down as I heard there was Ruckers coming from the other room "Powder we gotta go" Vi was whispering as I heard a male Voice it was muffled though I didn't recognize it "Hello" I was about to run out the door before I saw Powder grabbing the crystals I stop by the door with my hand out for her to take she put the crystals in her back pocket as she took my hand and we ran out of the room I look behind us is see one of the crystals has fallen I let go of her hand to go grab it but she grabbed my other arm "what are you doing we have to go now" I looked back at the room but decided to leave it "all right let's go" Vi took Powder's hand make sure she was running faster
"Come on" Mylo and Claggor was at the door waiting for us Vi through powder in front of her I making sure she wasn't behind as I ran beside Vi Powder was still holding my hand making sure I was behind her we stop by the door as Vi went to go grab the bag "we'll be fine. Just get back on the roof" I lead Powder outside on the balcony as the boys followed us
I was about to go on up and then help her up I turned around to make sure that she was still by me when we heard a loud boom making us fall back some luckily for me I was standing in front of powder so she fell on me as I fell into the railing catching her making sure she didn't get hurt I had my arm around her waist keeping her close
I let out a low ground as I try to set up properly as powder turned around to look at me "are you all right" she put her hand on my cheek as I open one of my eyes to look at her "yeah I'm fine" I was able to set up properly when Vi came running out she turned to all of us to make sure we were ok but before she could say anything she turned around and we saw the balcony starting to fall and break
"hold on" Vi kept her arm out tell us to move back I got in front of Powder to make sure none of the debris hit her and holding onto her Vi looked over the edge and we heard some male voices "Hey" it wasn't loud but we were in trouble now "shit" me and Vi said at the same time we heard the alarm going off
"well change of plan I guess we're running from enforces" I grabbed Powder hand to let her down as a I was in Front of us
