I ran back to the last drop as fast as I could I don't know what they were going to do with him I don't know to be honest what happened between those two Sevika told me that they were like brothers closer than anything but yet something happened that made them fall a part

it took me a couple of minutes because I didn't waste any time going by the elevator I ran into the last drop pushing the door open and ran down to the basement I push the door open with my shoulder seeing everyone down below I was breathing heavily I cut off Mylo but I couldn't care

"(y/n) where did you-" before Claggor could finish I ran down the stairs and stood directly in front of Vi "what were you thinking" I was panicking but I had to know for my sanity "I.." "that's not important right now Benzo dead" I looked at her surprise not knowing that I look down at the weapons at the table "Vander was taken" I grabbed a knife on the table and looked at Vi "yeah I know that I went to look for you guys I found him I know where he's benign kept" I put the knife on my belt "so it's settled we're all going with you" Mylo stated as I grab some other stuff I might need "whatever killed Benzo... was like nothing I've ever seen it tore him apart" I looked at Vi with a pitiful look "you're not doing this alone Vi" Claggor and Mylo both put an arm around her trying to comfort her "he's our father to"

I looked over at Powder to see her grabbing some stuff "(y/n) do you know where there at" I looked at Vi to see that she also noticed Powder grabbing a bag "I needed you to sit this one out Powder" I could tell that Powder was confused "what" Vi went over to her "you're not coming" she was stating the obvious what I was thinking as well "i'm not afraid" I could hear the confusing in Powder's voice as she spoke "it's too dangerous" Vi sounded worried but tried not to let it show "but families sticks together you said it yourself" I sat on the table listening to them speak "I know what I said-" before Vi could finish Powder interrupted "I want to fight I can help" I then heard the words that broke Powder "you're not ready" I saw that she was in shock couldn't believe what she just heard "you're all I have left I can't lose you" I stood up from the table as I washed Vi put a hand on Powders face "here if they come for you take this and run" Vi handed her a flyer "wherever you are light it up and I'll find you I promise"

"(y/n) let's go" Vi started heading up the stairs "give me a moment would you" she turned her head to look at me and gave me a nod I walked over and stood in front of powder

"oh wildflower i'm sorry she said that I really am" I pulled her into a hug she hugged me back immediately letting a few tears slip out "I know I know it's ok" I tried to calm her down make sure she wasn't in a full on panic "I want to help though I can help I know I can" I pulled away from her and held her by the shoulder "I know you can I know you're ready you're stronger than you look" I bet my lip trying to hold back some tears "but I need you to stay here" I could tell that she was more in pain by those words

I made her look at me as I spoke again "listen to me I don't want you to get injured I don't want you to see what's going to happen I understand family stick together I understand all of that but... I can't lose you either" I move my hands down to hold hers " I love you ok more than anything I can't lose you I'm afraid I'll admit that I'm afraid if you come with us that you will get injured or I'll lose you I can't do that I can't" my vision started to get a little bit blurry as I was choking on my word "I can't I love you too much more than anything in this world I'm beating myself up saying this to you saying that you can't come saying this but I can't lose you you mean the most to me than anyone I just can't I don't even wanna think about losing you but if you come on this mission the possibility of you dying is high there's a lot of people in that building on the opposite team of us I don't want to think of you getting in a fight I can't protect you"

I looked up at her to see she was crying I put my hand on her cheek wiping away the tears "I promise I'll come back i'll always be here for you but please understand what I'm saying I love you too much to lose you I love you too much for you to get injured you mean the world to me" I stepped forward a little leaving a kiss on her for head "I love you wildflower don't you ever forget that" I was about to let go of her hand before she grabbed on tighter "please come back (n/n) I love you to please" I looked at her again smiling "I promise you no matter how much I get injured I'll come back to you you can't get rid of me"
