*A FEW WEEKS LATER
It's been a few weeks since we got here everyone is still trying to settle down and getting used to everything Claggor mostly been in the library reading some books that the moon clan has as Mylo was checking out the weapons and different stuff we have here to see what we could use as for Vander he's been mostly walking around and doing his own thing of course he's been trying to check on us but we really only rely on each other
that being said Claggor and Mylo both have been sleeping in my room since they are still having the nightmares and they won't go away I've been getting them to luckily we have each other it's always been this way even when we were with wildflower and Vi it was just the three of us looking out for each other sure I had Sevika she was like my mom but when I couldn't go to her I went to the boys we were always close either laying on the couch or helping each other
Right now it was the middle of the night again both of the boys were asleep as I was still up I was just laying in bed with my arm open my eyes trying to fall asleep
"Kid are you awake" I sat up a little bit to see Vander at my door "yeah is everything all right" he gave me I nodded "yeah I just want to talk to you real quick do you mind coming out here so we could talk" I shook my head as I got out of the bed not waking the boys
As I went outside the room I shut the door quietly do not wake them up "what's going on" I leaned against the wall confused as he rubbed the back of his neck "I just wanna make sure you are ok kid you and the boys I've noticed that they've been sleeping in your room recently" I hummed a little bit as I crossed my arms "yeah we're fine the boys are just getting nightmares from that day so am I but we're ok we're doing with it" Vander looked at me as he put his hand on my shoulder "kid you know you can come to me right if you need anything I'm here to help" I rolled my eyes as I knocked his hand off of my shoulder "yeah whatever" I pushed myself off the wall as I was getting ready to enter the room again
"(Y/n) is something the wrong did I do something I've been trying my best to help but none of you well tell me anything I mean I see Claggor and Mylo going to your room late at night because of the nightmares I just want to know kid is there something I'm doing wrong" I could tell he was hurt but I just took a deep breath "we are just not used to talking about this stuff" I could tell that Vander was confused "why I know you never came to me about the stuff I mean you always want to Sevika but why aren't the boys" I just started laughing a little catching him off guard "you wanna know why you really wanna know" I turned my head a little to look at him "all right fine me Mylo and Claggor we are thenmiddle children we are not as important as Vi and wildflower and you have shown that" Vander just shook his head " no I haven't I don't think..." I cut him off before he could finish
"Oh please you have we can never come to you with any problem that we had because of it I mean we remember coming home when wildflower was injured by accident and we will get yelled at when we came home you didn't help with our injuries we had to do that ourselves I stopped coming to you with injuries even though they were so severe that I had to start going to Sevika because I didn't want the Mylo and Claggor to worry about me because I was getting injured left and right not to mention Mylo only picked on wildflower because of how he was treated in the family other than me and Claggor who actually had his back that he knew we were joking with him and we made sure he was ok but no he picked on wildflower because how we were treated differently then Vi and wildflower I mean if we got injured no one really cared other than us we are the middle children to you we stop telling you shit we stopped because you never took the time to actually care and make sure we were ok so yeah we aren't going to go to you because we have each other it's just what we are used to"
I close my eyes as I took a deep breath seeing the shock expression on his face "kid I had no clue I was doing that I guess I got so busy with Vi and Powder I didn't pay you three any attention or make sure you three were ok" Vander looked down ashamed "I'll get better not just for you three but also for myself I promise I didn't mean to hurt you three like this" Vander got down on one of his knees in front of me and put his hand on my head "I promise you and the boys can come to me now I'm gonna listen I promise I'm not gonna turn my back on you three ever again you three are my children I don't care what anyone says you three are my kids it's about time I start treating you three as such" I nodded my head not believing him but I was willing to give him a chance
*MYLO'S POV
Me and Claggor was be the door listening to (y/n) tell Vander off for how he treated us before this incident I took a deep breath as I walked away from the door and ran my fingers through my hair
"Fuck I knew there was something she was hiding from us" I closed both of my eyes stressed out a little "we both knew that she worried about us a lot I sense that she would try to hide her injuries I mean half the time we could barely even see that she was injured" Claggor was still by the door as I paste around the room "but we should have notice I mean the last mission we went on we both saw her holding her shoulder didn't we why don't we do anything" I looked at him confused "she's our sister and yet we can't even protect her she's the second youngest and you we treat her like an adult everyone does sure we have fun times together but most of the time on the missions and when she gets injured we just turn a blind eye and yet she still cares for us" I sat on the bed as I looked down ashamed
"I know we should've done something I guess we were wrapped up making Vi Impressed that we didn't really think about how she felt we are awful brothers" Claggor sat next to me and put his arm around my shoulder "we need to start treating her better she saved our lives she took us here even though she didn't want to come back I've noticed that how she acts she doesn't wanna be here by how she acts but this was the only safe place she knew so she took us here she put our needs above her only was she I've noticed that I mean some days she doesn't eat I've noticed a lot she always put us first we need to start doing the same thing for her" Claggor nodded his head "you're right we need to start treating her better let's come up with a game plan tomorrow and we will stick to it all right" I nodded my head as I laid back down where I was before she left since I could hear the door opening a little as Claggor went to lay down in his spot before the door opened and (y/n) came in
When she came and she crawled back into bed in between me and Claggor she got comfortable closing her eyes and fell asleep making both of us smile Claggor pulled her close since we notice she sleeps better ones she's cuddled up close to someone else I stayed close to her as well just in case she turns so she can cuddle up to me as well so she doesn't feel alone
