AU#3 What happened Jinx/Powder x Reader

We were walking around the understudy my secret hideout wasn't really close to the last drop so we had to walk a little bit but it was worth it we climbed some pipes to get high up I was holding her hand as we what across one of the pipes to get into a hole in the wall once we made it over I let go for hand and flip a switch 

"here we are" I had a smile on my face as I looked

it was pretty big so we didn't really have to worry about space the switch I flipped it turned on some lights that was on the ceiling that I put there was sleeping bags on the floor some pillows and blankets so we could sit down on there also became somewhat of Powders hiding place as well so there were different set of her bombs tools there was a little hole in the wall as well in the room it kept some books that I read I normally come here when I need a break from everyone or if I just need to think

I close the curtain behind me before I walked in any further so no one could really see us Powder was already sitting down in her usual spot waiting for me to join her I sat down next to her as I looked on the wall to see what she wrote the first day I brought her here

*FLASHBACK*

I decided to bring Powder with me to my secret place I found this place not too long ago well when I need a break i'll go there to get some rest and heal up

"where are we going" I was holding her hand as I walked along the pipe with her behind me "I told you I'm taking you to my secret place remember you can't tell anyone else about this" I removed the curtain and stepped inside I was still holding her hand as she stepped in as well and looked around in aww "it looks amazing when did you find this place" I already had the lights on before I left to go grab her she let go of my hand started to walk around looking at the different stuff "I was exploring one day I was just hopping from building to building pipe to pipe what I normally do for my training until I found this place I've designed it to be a little comfortable place so I could go if I need a break or I just need to rest"

I sat down in my usual spot it had the most blankets and pillows there so it was more comfortable than any Powder sat next to me looking at the lights I had on the ceiling "how long have you had this place though" I thought about her question trying to remember the exact day I found it "I want to say about two months ago to be honest" Powder looked over at the table to see some spray paint that I had I used it to put different designs on the wall that I liked she grabbed a can then turned to the side I was confused as she wrote something on the wall I looked closer to see what I said

'POWDER & (Y/N)'

All in capable ladders with a hard around it "there" I took a another can of spray paint and put a crescent moon nearby

*END OF FLASHBACK*

I smiled at the memory as I wrapped a arm around her we sat there in silence until I remembered the necklaces that I got

"right I have something for you" she pulled away from me and sat in front of me to look at me I pulled out the two necklaces and handed her the silver one "I found these at the place I thought why not give one to you and I have the other one" I was rubbing the back of my neck a little bit nervous "if you hold it up to your eye  something is in it where the Black circle in the middle" she hold it up to her eye seeing what was inside it she pulled it away with a confused look on her face "I can only make out one word in here and that's 'I love you'" I smiled and pulled out the card that came with the necklaces "well it says in 100 different languages 'I love you'" I was still rubbing the back of my neck a little nervous

"really" she sounded happy when she looked at the bronze one and then the silver one she got up and got behind me I was confused as she put the silver one on me "I got you the silver one though I thought it would look better on you then me" she started to laugh as she got up and got in front of me pushing her hair out of the way "nah it looks better on you" I smiled and put the bronze one on her "thanks wildflower" once I put the necklace around her I wrap my arms around her waist pulling her closer to me "for what" I knew that she was confused but I just close my eyes and laid my head on her shoulder "for staying with me for actually caring for me" she started to laugh and untied my group to turn around and hug me back "you don't need to say thank you for that I'm always gonna be here for you no matter what"

After a few minutes we decided to head back to the last drop we finally got back and we saw everyone else was already asleep we made it over to our bed I laid down first then powder laid her head on my chest listening to my heartbeat "I love going there thank you for showing me that place" I smile as I wrap my arms around her pulling her clothes "you're welcome"
