First Date

"So… Have you guys gone on a date yet??!!" Dragon asked, very excited about Law and Luffy's new found relationship.

"Well…" Luffy said, nervously. "No, we haven't yet" Law said, internally finding the whole situation quite funny.

"Why not!? That is the most essential part of being in a relationship!!" Dragon yelled,  almost seeming like a teacher lecturing them.

"Well, Traffy has work and I still have to do my college work, so we can't find a change in schedule" Luffy explained to his father, knowing it was the truth either way.

"Not to worry Luffy, I can talk to Sengoku about not doing work for tomorrow, and Law, I can dismiss you for the day" Dragon smiled, he was gonna make sure Luffy had the best time with Law.

"Really? Is it that important?" Law asked, not really wanting to miss work, thinking about all the patients he'd rather help.

"Yes, it is, you two shall have the best time tomorrow" Dragon said, his smile growing by the second.

"Well, what would we do?" Luffy asked.

"I will tell you about that tomorrow, when it's time to go," Dragon said. "Now, you two should get some sleep, you don't want to be tired tomorrow".

Dragon walked over and forced them out the door, telling them to go home. "Well, I guess that just happened," Law sighed.

"Yeah… I guess I gotta go home now, goodnight Traffy" Luffy said, sighing at Dragon's childish behavior.

"Goodnight, Luffy-Ya" Law said, heading the opposite direction Luffy had walked in.

"When is he gonna get here?" Luffy mumbled to himself, waiting for Law.

He had been waiting for at least 10 minutes for Law. Once Dragon had finished planning their Date for the whole day, he had told them what time and where to meet at.

It just so happens, the restaurant he chose was owned by his friend's father. The Baratie, the most elegant and well known restaurant in the New world.

"Hey Luffy-Ya, sorry I'm late, my friend had kept me back, dressing me up" Law said, walking up to Luffy. Luffy only rolled his eyes.

"Well, it took you long enough, not enough time, judging from his effort in your outfit" Luffy said. "He actually put a lot of effort into it, so I don't think your statement was very accurate," Law said, sticking up for Shachi.

"Whatever, let's just get this over with" Luffy walked into the restaurant he had been standing in front of. In all honesty, he was hungry, he only had two dinners last night.

"Yeah, I'm pretty hungry." On the other hand, Law hadn't eaten dinner at all, worrying about all the things that could happen to patients that come in, but Law wasn't there to help them.

"Hello!" Luffy said, smiling at the receptionist. "Hello!" The lady smiled back at Luffy, waving her hand.

"We have a reservation here, it might be under the name Dragon?" Law says, not really sure what Dragon had put the name as.

The lady scrolled for almost ten seconds then stopped and looked back up at them. "It's right here, follow me!" She said as she stood up and walked them to a table in the back of the restaurant.

"Here are your menu's, your waiter will be out in a minute!" She smiled, then walked back to the reception, resuming her job.

They both sat down and grabbed the menus, surveying what to eat. The waiter walked up, "Hello, welcome to the Baratie, what would you like to order?" The waiter asks, smiling at them.

"Hey, Sanji!" Luffy smiled at his friend. "Hey Luffy, it's good to see you! Especially with your soulmate!" Sanji wiggled his eyebrows, pointing at Law.

Law smiles. "Thanks, nice to meet you, my name is Law. Trafalgar Law, Luffy-Ya's new boyfriend" Law holds his hand out, waiting for Sanji to shake it.

"WHAAAATTT!!??" Sanji yells, very shocked.

"Woah, calm down, I'm sure everyone in the restaurant just heard you!" Law said, tilting his head down from all the attention.

"Eggplant! What's with all the screaming?!" Zeff asked, walking up to Sanji. "Well dad, Law just said he and Luffy are dating now!" Sanji said, smirking, getting over the shock very quickly.

"Well, good for you kids, make sure to invite me to the wedding!" Zeff says, before walking back into the kitchen.

"Can we order now??" Luffy asked. "Sure thing Luffy, what do you guys want?" Sanji asked, still smiling.

"You know me, a plate full of many kinds of meat!" Luffy smiles. "Can I just have some Oni-Giri's?" Law asked, making it seem like Sanji can say no.

"Yeah, coming right up," Sanji says, walking off into the kitchen.
