Rain?

(Idk wtf was going on with the title when i chose it)

<Luffy Pov>

"So... isn't the weather nice today?" Law asked.

"I guess, but I don't think 40° is nice" I told him, not seeing the good weather.

Law sighed. "Fine, what do you like to do for fun?" Law asked me. "I love to hang out with my friends, and eat food. My brothers also take me to do fun things when they have time off work" I replied, smiling.

"Yeah, I've heard you like to eat food?" Law asked.

"Of course I do! Food is the best thing in the world, I'm starving right now, I can't wait till the food gets here!" I felt a bit of drool at the edge of my mouth, looking around for my food to arrive.

Exactly on point with my words, Sanji brought our food. "Yay!! I'm so hungry!" I say, as my stomach rumbles loudly. I doubt everyone in the restaurant didn't hear it.

"Calm down Luffy, we all don't need to hear it," Sanji said as he rolled his eyes, setting a plate of rice balls in front of Law.

 "Say whatever you want Sanji, I'm eating my food" I said, scarfing down my plate full of varieties of meat the second Sanji set it in front of me.

"Enjoy, I guess" Sanji rolled his eyes and walked towards Zoro, who had just walked into the restaurant.

"You sure got a lot of food" Law chuckled, biting into his Onigiri to find out it's filled with meat.

"As I said, food is my one true savior. I can't go five minutes without eating, so I'll be super hungry," I smiled, chomping chicken off one of the legs on my plate.

Law let out a tiny laugh at this. "I can go three weeks without food, and I have," Law smiled, eating more of the delicious Onigiri.

I looked up at Law with a look of horror. "No food!!! For three weeks???!!!" I stopped eating and drew all my attention to him.

"Yeah, you haven't? Not even as a kid?" He asked me, looking confused. "Of course not!!!!" I said, frowning.

Law chuckled, saying, "Well, you know what they say. Opposites attract". I stopped frowning and started grinning. "Hey, no one said I was attracted to you," I smile, and continue eating.

"And I didn't say I wasn't attracted to you" Law went back to eating his Onigiri. "What??" I ask him, looking back up.

"So, what's your favorite color?" He asked, avoiding my question. Me, being Monkey D. Luffy, didn't notice and answered the question. "Red, Obviously. What about you?" I ask, smiling.

>After they finished eating<

"Can we get the bill?" Law asks, as he finishes his last Onigiri. "Of course, but we have to close in a few minutes, so you should probably try to be quick," Sanji said, walking away.

"It's late? What time is it?" luffy asked, seeing Law scrolling through Instagram, not even taking a second to look at anything. "Uhh, It's 11:15... WAIT 11:15!!???" Law freaked out, seeing the time.

"Why are you overreacting?" Luffy asked, rolling his eyes at Law's reaction.

"It's raining, very hard outside, and I live far away from here!" Law sighed. "What, it's raining?? I thought that sound was just them having trouble with dishes" Luffy smiled, giggling at his own joke.

"Well, where do you live??" Law asked, his frown growing by the second. "Uhh, Oh SHIT!" Luffy panic, finally realizing the situation.

"I live so far away from here, and my brothers would be so mad if I caught a cold!" Luffy sighed, thinking about how stupid he was the moment before. 

"I left my car at home and thought I would just walk back. Guess it didn't turn out how I thought it would" Law said, panicking.

"We could just stay at a hotel!" Luffy said, having the grand idea of his lifetime. "Wouldn't that be weird?" Law asked. "No, we are supposed to be dating anyway, isn't that what normal couples do?" Luffy asked, looking around to see if anyone was looking.

To be quite honest, nobody was in the restaurant anymore. It looked completely deserted.

Everyone had already left, due to the restaurant closing for the night. Any moment, Law and Luffy would be swept out, whether they liked it or not.

Law, realizing this, wrote his card number on the check, grabbed Luffy by the arm and casually walked out the door.

"Why'd you make us leave??" Luffy asked, "I wanted to say bye to Sanji,". Luffy gave Law puppy eyes, asking to go back inside.

Law felt his cheeks lightly heat up. "F-fine," Law waved off Luffy, as he ran back into Sanji's father's restaurant.

Law heard Luffy loudly say goodbye to Sanji and Sanji responded before Luffy quickly came back out the door.

"Let's go, if I get a cold, I'm gonna kick your ass." Law said, dragging Luffy to the nearest hotel which was a few buildings from the Baratie.

"You would like that, wouldn't you?" Luffy muttered, snickering behind Law. "What was that?" Law said, stopping to turn and look at Luffy. "Nothing!" Luffy tried to conceal his laughter, looking anywhere but Law's gaze.

"Tch" Law made the sound as he continued walking up the street, trying to get away from the rain that was currently pouring down hard.

"What do you mean you don't have a room with two beds!?" Law asked, after talking to the Receptionist for a while.

"Well, Uhh, the other rooms are taken" The guy says weakly, not really knowing what to do. "Torao, don't make a scene," Luffy said, rolling his eyes.

"Excuse ME!! Aren't you the one who said you weren't attracted to me!? Wouldn't sleeping in the same bed kinda contradict that statement??" Law said, starting to attract people's attention.

"Shut up, just get the key and let's go, don't be Karen," Luffy said, giggling. The guy chuckled, finding Luffy funny.

"Fine, but don't complain to me when we gotta sleep on the same bed," Law said, smirking. "I won't," Luffy said, looking around, trying to find something to occupy him.

"Thank you" Law said as he grabbed the key and walked towards the elevator. Luffy followed closely behind him, not finding anything interesting.
