CHAPTER SIX

Masuragi didn't sign up to be scorned or hated. She thought her life was amazing until she looked at the villagers. The villagers knew about the affair between the Uchiha heir and the Hyuuga heir and thought it was unnatural and that they had an unnatural child. While her father was on duty and her mother dealt with heir duties, Masuragi was left alone to fend for herself. So, she started doing what Konoha 11 and the older generation knew of only one person doing.

Pulling pranks.

Katsujima grits her teeth as Rajin flashed a sadistic smirk, "Yessur, I get the leaf scum." Katsujima didn't say a word but Minoru could read it all in her face. He wasn't her best friend for nothing, after all. Both Rajin and Masuragi jumped down from the stands. Masuragi was overly cautious. Fox flashed a stern look towards Rajin and flashed a soft eye smile towards Masuragi. Masuragi smiles back, loosening up a bit. Fox took notice to this and hums, "Let the first match of the prelims, BEGIN!" He shouts before jumping back.

Masuragi bowed slightly, "I hope we have a good fight, Rajin-san." She says softly. Rajin grins slightly, "I'll end it quick." He says in a silly tone, with a hint of seriousness. Masuragi hums, "Don't underestimate me." She states, falling into a mixture of the Uchiha Interceptor, Gentle Fist, and Wing Chun style while Rajin fell into the Frog Kumite stance.

Masuragi tilts her head, "No holding back?" She asks. Rajin grins, "Now you're talkin my language, tree hugger." He says before dashing towards Masuragi. The purple haired girl blocked a punch with her right arm before countering with a left hook to which Rajin blocks, grunting slightly at the pressure. Masuragi used this temporary distraction to do a round house kick to Rajin's side, sending him flying into the wall.

Masuragi stares intensely at the smoke screen that formed as she slowly lowered her leg, He's strong. Something tells me he wouldn't fall for that trick. The girl mentally notes. After a few seconds, her eyes widened as she did a backflip, just in time to avoid the yellow haired boy exploding from under the ground, "Whoa! How did you do that?" She asks incredulously. Rajin grins, "You win and I'll tell you, squirt! Subaku promise." He says, rushing towards Masuragi and engaging into a heavy taijustu match with her.

Fox hums as he stood beside Gaara, "She's fighting Rajin into a stand still. This girl and that style she switched to... Guy-san." He mutters. Gaara and the rest of the Kages turned to Fox, "Are you telling us this girl was trained by not only the Uchiha, and the Hyuuga but the Blue Beast of Konoha?" Mei Terumī, the Godaime Mizukage, asks lowly.

"Yes, that is correct." The Kages turned their heads to the Rokudaime Hokage, "Both Guy-San and his student, Lee trained Masuragi-chan. As of now, Masuragi is the strongest genin we have in our village." Kakashi Hatake explains.

The Godaime Raikage glances over at Kakashi, "You're awfully familiar with this little pupil, Kakashi-dono." Darui mutters. Masuragi smiles brightly, "You're really good, Rajin-san." She says, panting slightly as they fought to a standstill. Rajin nods, "You're not bad yourself. I guess tree huggers aren't that bad." He says honestly. Masuragi's smile widened. Gaara hums, "This girl has a bright smile, reminds me of..." The Hokage knew what Gaara was trying to say, "Yes, it does..." Kakashi says softly, remembering his student.

Masuragi and Rajin rushed towards each other, engaging in another taijustsu battle. Blow after blow, block after block, both tried to gain the upper hand. Suddenly, Rajin jumped back and weaved hand signs, "Fūton: Toppa (Wind Style: Great Breakthrough)!" Masuragi grits her teeth, shocked at the sudden change, "Doton: Doryūheki (Earth Style: Mud Wall)!" A massive wall appeared in front of Masuragi, making the crowd gasp in awe.

Masuragi let the wall crumble, revealing a smirking Rajin. Masuragi nods, "You almost got me." She mutters. Rajin shrugs, "Aye, nobody said to play fair. Let's amp this up a bit." He says, punching his fist together. His body hardened.

Darui nods, "Rock armor... impressive." He mutters earning a few nods from the Kages.

Masuragi backflips, her body sparking up slightly before glowing a bright purple color.

Fox's jaw drops, "Lighting armor..." He says lowly. Darui sits up straight, now watching intensely as lighting armor was his mentor's specialty.

Masuragi and Rajin went blow for blow once more, Rajin grunting slightly because lighting over powered earth, "Let's end this shit, leaf scum!" He says, raising his fist. Masuragi and Rajin clashed, a bunch of dust now surrounding where the clashed. When the dust moved, everyone gasped. Masuragi towered over Rajin with her lightning armor still in tact, "I wish we could have showed more of our strength. You're an amazing fighter." Masuragi mutters lowly, extending her hand which was now lighting free.

Rajin nodded with a slight smile, grabbing Masuragi's hand. The crowd went crazy, making the duo laugh, "You're not too bad, tree hugger." Rajin jokes. Masuragi laughs, "You're not bad either, man." She says, helping Rajin back up to the stadium.

"That's one hell of a genin you got, Kashi-dono." Fox says making Kakashi freeze up at the use of that nickname. He snapped out of his stupor and smiles, "Masuragi will take this hat from me one day. She will be my successor, she must be up to par." Kakashi says seriously. The Kages could hear his seriousness and took one more look at the girl who was laughing and joking with a bruised Rajin as he got wheeled away on a stretcher.
