Masuragi stood outside her parents hotel door, listening to them argue about what happened at the ramen stand,

"You didn't have to hit her like that!"

"She doesn't fucking listen, I had to do SOMETHING!"

Masuragi sighs quietly,

"There are consequences to yelling at a Kage, do you think I wanted to sit their and hold my fucking tongue?! Huh?!"

She walked off from the door, rubbing her eye roughly. She knew she had every right to be mad at Gaara, but she also knew she went about it the wrong way. Masuragi knew her father, she knew he would snap at anyone who said something about his village, but he was talking to a Kage. He couldn't say shit. Masuragi knew why he hit her, but it still hurt.

His eyes looked cold. And void of any emotions.

Just then, Masuragi bumped into somebody. She quickly scrambled up and helps the person up that she accidentally knocked down...

Which so happens to be the Kazekage's daughter,

"I'm sorry, Katsujima-San." Masuragi says quietly while bowing. Katsujima just stares at her with an unreadable expression. Masuragi winces when the red head gently cups her cheek, "Is your face ok?" Katsujima asks lowly. Masuragi hums, "Yea, it was nothing. Sasu-sensei meant well. Don't worry..." She says, placing her hand over Katsujima's. Katsujima just stares at you before moving her hand and walking away. Masuragi sighs quietly and walks to the training field by the hotel. When she got to the training field, Masuragi sat down in the middle of the field and crossed her legs. Lacing her fingers together, she closed her eyes.

Masuragi took deep breaths, allowing her breathing to even out. Meditation was a way that made Masuragi feel at peace. She and nature had a way of communicating, maybe because of her connection with her now deceased grandfather figure and her contract with the toads. Masuragi unconsciously pulled nature chakra into her body as she felt a figure approaching her.

And fast.

Masuragi's eyes shot open with a purple ring around her eyelids. She blocked a punch aimed at her by Sasuke. She was still in her crisscrossed position but her expression hardened. She did a jump-flip when Sasuke smashes his fist into the ground, effortlessly cracking it. No words were said. The father and daughter duo just stared at each other. Unbeknownst to them, Naruto and his squad were perched on a tree, watching the altercation. Naruto was frowning slightly at them. Naruto could see toad sage mode from a mile away. He remembered before Jiriya passed away, him saying he had another apprentice,

"So... there's this kid." Jiriya states, watching as Naruto played with Katsujima and Rajin. The blonde haired teen nods slowly, "And?" Jiriya hums, "She's around Katsu's age. A natural born prodigy, once in a life time, man I stay getting prodigies." He brags a little, referring to Naruto, his father, the kids he took under his wings years ago and now this girl, "One day, I know you two will cross paths... look after her. I'm worried I won't be around for too long anymore."

Naruto pauses, "What are you saying, Pervy sage?" He asks quietly, looking up at Jiriya with a look of disbelief. Jiriya flashes a sad smile, "I'm going on a mission. I really dangerous one. I don't know if I'll make it, but Naruto, this girl is just like you... Not exactly, but she's been through a taste of what you have. She's a once in a lifetime prodigy, even better than Minato..." Hearing Jiriya say this girl was better than his father peaked his interest, "What's her name?"

Jiriya shakes his head, "I can't tell you. But, you'll know when you see her."

Masuragi dashes towards Sasuke, engaging in a heated taijutsu battle. Blow for blow, each hit got progressively stronger. The ground started to crack under the pressure of their spar. Sasuke tried a leg swipe but Masuragi jumped and aimed a semi roundhouse to her father's face.
