She needs to call someone who can knock some sense back to Mikha. Stacey left the room and went to their suite lounge to call their friend.
Phone ringing......" Hello" Stacey started.
"Hi Stacey I am busy right now, but what's up?" The one on the other line started.
"Ate Maloi".......... Stacey started........ A long paused with a long sighed coming from Stacey
"Stacey, you are frightening me. What is it?" Maloi sounds worried.
"I need your help with, Mikha. I don't want her to go back to her old self again." Stacey related.
"What do you mean, going back to her old self? I thought you were in Paris this week!" Maloi answered, appears walking in the background.
"Yes, we are, but while me and Mikhs were having our dinner on our first night here....we....." Stacey said.
Maloi interrupted her friend, "Who is it, for goodness sake, Stacey? Tell me!"
"I won't be able to tell you if you keep cutting me off," Stacey said with annoyance at her voice already.
Heard a loud laugh at the other end... "Sorry, OK carry on". Maloi related.
"We saw Aiah and Gelo at the same restaurant that me and Mikhs were having dinner." Stacey started.
"I know Miks & Aiah went out all day yesterday alone without Gelo. Mikha also booked a reservation for a boat dining tour in the evening. She was excited when she called me yesterday morning. That's why I stayed for another day in a villa with my friends out of town. I know she required this time with her for some closure and to reconnect as friends instead, but I think something happened. I am not sure yet. I came in this morning, and she was a mess, sobbing and got breathless from crying too much." Stacey said in detailed.
"So, what do I need to do, Ate Maloi?... giving a long sigh before she continued. You know when she is like this, she shuts down all the people closer to her, including me," Stacey said in a sad tone.
"Stay for now with her. Try to find out what happened last night and I will think after how can we help them? Are they going to attend the Channel event at the same time tomorrow?" Maloi asked.
"I am guessing yes, and I know Mikha agreed to as well at the after party. I know SOMEONE will be there, too." Stacey relayed.
"OK, just calm down and make sure Mikha will not delve herself into alcohol this time". I will speak to Colet, She might get something from Aiah." Maloi said and ended the call.
