Chapter six: Unanimous Assembly troubles

"Yuna please stop walking so fast" Dang-gu pleaded as I kept walking.

"Yuna, let's talk about this, stop walking" he said, now stepping in front of me to stop me from walking.

"Move" I said, trying to push past him.

"No, I won't let you walk away, not again" he said, grabbing my arms to try and keep me in place

"Again? I never walked away from you, she did, she was the one who walked away from your marriage, not me"

He sighed "I'm not comparing you to her, I'm sorry. I just don't want to loose you"

"Do you regret it?" I asked him. He looked confused "regret? What would I regre- oh"

"Do you? Be honest, because I'm not going to stand here and listen to you beat around the bush about this, you either regret it or don't... you either love me or you don't" I told him.

He stayed quiet.

"I know deep down those feelings are still there for her, but if your true about this then you have to forget her, I know it's hard, but you have to try"

"I know, I know. I'm going to convince everyone that I'm over her. Please trust me"

"I want to, and I do, but after what Yul said, my heads everywhere, what if he's right? What if one day you decide you wanted to be with her and not me?" I said.

"Yul was wrong, he's taking his own thoughts and trying to put them in my mind, I don't want her back, I never will. I'm not listening to Yul, neither should you"

"I-" I started to talk but he cut me off.

"I love you, more than anything, and I want to be with you, I'm not going to listen to Yul, or anyone else about this, I've made up my mind, I love you, and your the one I want to be with, so please.... Stay with me"

"Help him find his bride" I told Dang-gu as I walked into the study.

"What?" He asked "who?"

"Yul's uncle"

"you haven't talked to me since you walked away, why talk to me now" he pouted

I sighed. Sitting next to him "I'm sorry, what Yul said just got me upset, but please, don't take you anger for me out on him, he needs her"

"Have you thought about what I asked?" He said

"Yes, yes Dang-gu, I'll stay with you. So help him find his bride, and help bring her home" I said to him.

He nodded his head "I'll do it, but you owe me something"

"Okay, fine, I'll do whatever you please" I said.

"Perfect, then get me a picture of her"

I nodded my head, then got up to go to the door.

"He said he'll do it, come on in" I told Yul and his uncle who was standing outside the door.

"Wait- did you plan on me agreeing?" Dang-gu asked surprised

"I knew you would agree eventually, so I saved us all some time" I said sitting back down. I might have been upset at Yul but that doesn't mean I'm upset at his uncle. Plus I felt terrible for what had happened.

Yul and his uncle took a seat on the other side of the table.

"Do you have a picture of her?" Dang-gu asked Yul's uncle, who nodded and reached into his hanbok, getting a roll of parchment out, laying it on the table
