Chapter Nine: Naksu's return?

"So, you admit it?" Dang-gu asked from beside me.

I huffed "fine" he laughed, happy to have won the argument. "Gosh, we still have things to do today, but I don't wanna get back up" he said turning to cuddle into me.

"We do, but for now... we should just lay here together" I said, cuddling up to him as well.

"Hey" Dang-gu yelled as we walked into Jeongjingak where Yul and Uk were standing.

"What is it? What's going on? You guy spent one night together and now your leaving us out? Keep this up and we will move here too!" He sassed to them.

"Hey, Dang-gu, Yul is being strange. He used to be pure and naive. But look here, he's become sly" Uk said to a pouting Dang-gu.

"Our seo Yul? Has our Yul, who has always been as pure as a new-born infant been corrupted?" Uk asked, grabbing Uk's arm as Yul just stood there with a smile on his face.

"Has he changed?" I asked.

Yul's face fell a little "have I changed? They said you die if you change all of the sudden" he said sadly "it's a good thing I got to see Yuna before that" he said smiling at me.

"Hey, she's mine, and what about us!" Dang-gu whined. Yul chuckled "and you guys, I'm glad I returned"

Dang-gu hummed, nodding his head "are you sure about that? You might regret it later. My uncle had invited the four of us over for breakfast"

Yul smiled "please tell him I went back"
"And that you never saw me here" Uk said, they both turned trying to leave.

"Hey, wait, wait, wait! If you go, we're going to have to eat all four portions ourself, you're our friends, please help us, you wouldn't put Yuna through that would you?" Dang-gu asked them.

Uk took one look at me then back to Yul "should we go?" "Yes let's go"

Dang-gu looked at me, smiling "alright, let's go eat" he said, taking my hand in his, leading me behind the boys as they walked.

"Yuna" Yul said as we walked to Park Jin's place. I turned my head a little, and nodded, letting him know to continue.

"I'm sorry about what I said,it was wrong of me and I wasn't thinking correctly" he said.

I smiled at him "I know, I know it's hard for you too, and I apologize for not letting you explain earlier, I was just hurt"

He shook his head "you have every right to be hurt at what I said, it was horrible and I had no right to say it. So please, don't feel bad, I deserved a lot worse than being ignored"

This time it was me who shook my head "no, everyone deserves to be heard out. And I forgive you"

"Thank you, Yuna" he said.

I nodded. It's the right thing to do, I won't treat people like that.

"All right, I hope you enjoyed your meal. For dessert, rice cakes" Park Jin said.

"We already managed a full meal, so a rice cake should be easy" Dang-gu whispered. "Normal rice cakes are boring, so I came up with a name for this special dessert. It's called, 'better choice rice cakes'" park Jin said.

"But My Lord, there are only three cakes, there are four of us" I said. "Ah, you can sit this one out Yuna, since you almost lost your breakfast, we don't want to upset your stomach by eating anything like this, have Master Heo take a look at you later okay?" He said, i nodded.
