Sanemi POV:
"Fuck off, Tomioka" I say coldly to the water hashira "But Shinazugawa I-"
"You what?" I said in a rough voice.
"I just wanted to ask if you'd like to be my friend..." I snorted. "As if I'd want to be your friend!"
He opened his mouth to speak. I can tell.
I hold a hand out to his face signalling him to stop speaking. "Shut it. I'm not speaking to some loner like you." I roll my eyes with a smirk on my face.
He attempts to speak again but I quickly give him a hard slap to the face. I glare at him with eyes full of annoyance. Tomioka holds his cheek with his hand. He opens his mouth to say something but quickly shuts it. He runs away, still holding his face. I don't regret shit. But maybe... I should follow him, find out what he does every time I reject his attempts to talk. I spring up from the ground and jump from tree to tree, hastily leaping behind him.

Giyuu POV:
"Why why why!" I mutter to myself. I feel tears filling my eyes. I almost showed my true feelings... Infront of Shinazugawa... The man I love... He would've thought I was pathetic and weak for crying.
I finally reach my estate. I quickly open the door and slam it shut. I lean against the door and slowly reach the floor. My behind eventually touches the hard wooden floor. I think, I think about the past. I think about Sabito...
(Flashback)
Sabito: "If you think you're worthless then we can't be friends!"
Sabito had slapped me... for a good reason... he... cared... for me... I hold my face as he kept on scolding me.
(End of flashback)
Sabito was my best friend... It's my fault he died! Sabito died protecting me... "Everything happens, because of me! All the bad things! Because of me!" I punch the ground with my fist. "If only... I wasn't so weak... if only I helped... if only... I died instead..."
