Sanemi POV:
I sat in the chair waiting for Giyuu to come back from talking with Kanroji. I could see them just outside the arch separating the main room and the kitchen. Iguro was in full view. He looked at me and gave me an ugly glare. I stuck my tongue out and pulled the skin under my eye. I mouthed the word 'loser' and he looked like he was about to release smoke from out of his ears.
I waited for a while and I heard footsteps approaching me. I looked forward and I saw Giyuu. "Hey love" I say. "Hi Nemi, I'm going to make ohagi, you want some?" He asks as he goes to the counter to gather the supplies. "Sure" I say as I take a seat on the other side of the counter.
After a few minutes I heard a stampede of footsteps in the kitchen. "Well well good morning you two!" Kocho's voice chirped. I groan as I spin my head around to see the rest of the hashiras awake. "I heard you caused quite the ruckus with Obanai, Shinazugawa!" She clapped her hands together. "So? What's it to you?" I snarl. "What caused you to react like that?" She flashed a fake smile. "None of your business. Buzz off." I say before turning back to Giyuu. I hear her mutter something before she left the room.
I hear large steps approach me this time. I see a flash of fiery red and orange hair and hair as white as snow. I turn to the side with an annoyed face to see just who I expected. "How flashy of you! To start a fight with Iguro!" Tengen said in sarcastic amazement. "I agree my friend! Though, you might be punished for it!" Kyojuro said with a friendly tone. I scoff and I turn away.
I ignore them until they decide to leave me alone. By the time I looked back up at Giyuu he had already finished the ohagi. I kept my eyes on them until I see a hand pick one up and pass me one. I look up at Giyuu. "Here, hope you like this one." He said sweetly but quietly. I smile before taking it. "Thanks love."
